Since 2001, it has proudly maintained three Michelin stars, a remarkable feat that has cemented its place in culinary history. While Gordon Ramsay now has 90 restaurants worldwide, this iconic spot remains the only one in his group to gain the much sought-after achievement of three Michelin stars.
