    This is a great workout for anybody have any age who may be challenged with limitation’s or recovery work out after being sick

    I can give 30 -40 knuckle push ups at a stretch, over 100 a day but watching this for my mother

    Persons taking care of the person may massage the elderly person to alleviate any normal expected pain arising from the exercise
