Hi Kristina, I often wonder what is your phenomenon - what makes your classes so special and different from others shared online? Before I hit your channel I had tried many different yoga classes available on youtube etc and there was always something wrong, bothering...I think it's because you're sharing with us not only your yoga practice but also your positive attitude, your tranquility and mindfulness :))))) You're a demanding teacher but also very understanding, knowing that yoga is a very individual journey. And I have to write this - I'm head over heels in love with your voice and manner of speaking - I could listen to you for hours...Thank you and namaste 🙏
This has been a miracle for me. I had the worst lower back pain for about a month. I decided to try this and honestly the following day I felt like a new person. I could bend over and tie my shoes again. I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you so much! I’ve been trying to do it a couple times a week, and I love it!
Never had a yoga practice make me feel that relaxed and peaceful in my life that was a good one. Gonna be doing this more often, fell asleep soon after.
I love your yin videos- they're the best. I have a condition that means I have very limited energy, and yin lets me really practise without pushing my energy limits. Thank you!

Thank you! Hi im not exactly sure what you refer to. There are many autoimmune disorders. What effect would you like the class to have? Unfortunately im not a medical professional, so im not sure about yoga for specific health conditions . I dont think you can make one for specific conditions. Can you be more specific about what you think such class should involve?
Namaste from India Kristina. I loved the deep relaxing stretches especially since I did it on a Sunday/ rest day. i feel all stretched and rejuvenated. I was wondering if you ever plan to do a 'wall' stretching class? using the wall as a prop?
Hi, thank you. Im glad you enjoyed it. I use gymboss timer app on my iphone. I use free version. You can create as many intervals as you want set the time you want to hold and name them according to the pose you practice. I use it for my hiit workouts too. Namaste!!! ❤️
pebbleskillasheep hi, as you can see I practiced this while pregnant , i was also between 6-7 months. Just avoid lying down on the belly and , use support like I do, and listen to your body, if you feel something uncomfortable just change the pose to something that feels good. Namaste!
This is more spine lengthening I suppose not so much for lower back alignment because those were waaaaaaaaay too many forward folds. Some I felt how it affected my hips, but others I saw no point in including them.
rtoriq thank you for commenting, I didnt quite understand what you meant. The class is focused on back body opening, full back and hips. You seem to separate spine and lower back, which I dont understand, since your lower back is also spine . Back body includes muscles that connect your legs, hips, to your torso, there are layers and layers of muscles connecting lower back , middle back, upper back, ribs, shoulders, arms, neck. And not a single move of your body goes without certain muscle groups working, lengthening or contracting. So even if you didnt feel lots of sensations in certain poses, doesnt mean they where unnecessary. The class is meant for all levels, you may have not felt anything in those poses, because your are flexible but another practitioners felt a lot. And any yoga is not just for your physical body but for your mind, the main challenge is to relax, stop the thinking process, stop judging, comparing, but letting go, stopping trying to control the situation, surrendering to what is, to the present moment. Benefits of a regular Yin yoga practice Calms and balances the mind and body. Reduces stress and anxiety. Increases circulation. Improves flexibility. Releases fascia and improves joint mobility. Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana. Namaste!

There was such an emphasis on forward folds in this practice that it actually made my back pain much worse.
