INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs (hard boiled/15 min cook time, shell removed)
5 oz can of Tuna (drained)
4 tbsp Sweet Relish (drain before measuring)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Paprika (just a sprinkle after filling eggs)
INSTRUCTIONS:
•After the eggs are boiled, remove the shell and let them cool for at least 20 minutes
•Cut hard boiled eggs in half and put the yolks into a mixing bowl
•Use a potato masher to mash the yolks until there are no large pieces
•Add to the mixing bowl Tuna, Sweet Relish, Mayonnaise, Salt and Black Pepper. Mx until smooth.
•Put the filling in a zip lock bag and cut one corner of the back and pipe the filling into the egg whites
•Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
