I show you how to safely go from standing to sitting in your wheelchair. Then we go from sitting in the wheelchair to standing in leg braces.
This can be especially useful for those who are doing events such as standing up on stage speaking or getting married - times when you need to stand but also want to sit in the wheelchair to move around faster.
