I have put 2 classics through auction at no reserve, and both have successfully sold for a price I was happy at. Granted, these were at the cheaper end, but I think it does get bidders bidding.

Stick it in at reserve your happy with that takes away a Risk, but it needs to be Reserved at the right price so why risk a no reserve it makes no sense to do it .
