I Really Love The Way they just answer the questions. No shade, No bad vibes. Just Peace. They just talk about how you can find peace in the situations and i love that.
I love the way they are always looking at both perspectives and ultimately looking to find peace in every situation. This was so helpful because in modern times I feel like social media has developed a sense of entitlement within everyone which causes them to live egotistical lifestyles where it’s just about “me me me” . That isn’t gratifying to me, and Jen and Ben really highlighted how personal sacrifice is an element to living a happy life especially when trying to maintain relationships. This level of awareness and empathy is so so rare I don’t think these two realise what a rare and perfect pair they are. Literally the blueprint for every relationship I love them 😭
Wow! Thank you for this glowing review, haha! Really appreciate this. Often in life we only think of ourselves in situations and we block any other opinions and thoughts. But we don't learn anything when we only talk and don't listen. X
Wow Ben (and Jenn ofc), this was an amazing kind of podcast/video hybrid. If you guys are also up for it, I’m sure more people would love to watch an hour-long version of this format. 🤍
I feel like how you answered the cheating question was super realistic and mature. Most defer to the “once a cheater, always a cheater” answer but it’s usually a multilayered situation
Ben, you had to follow this person and hiding the fact Eggie and majority of your content is sponsorships you would never actually use unless paid for, Eggie has died because it was a fraud clothing line, cheating young audiences (where is the Coming Clean about Eggie video) and finally people are waking up even though it was there at the start, ghosting her previous customers - 'So sad. She has definitely lost her touch and her charm. When I think about it, she doesn't really have style or personality. Take away Dawn's graphics, the editing, the lighting, the angles... and what's left? Strip away the fake "wows", the head bobbles, the childish way her eyes get bigger ( :o ) at the most mundane things... then who is she? I'm easily amused and take pleasure in the little things in life, but she's just so obnoxious about it. It's clear she thinks she's so special and quirky. She just follows whatever she thinks is trendy at the time. When she was dating a hipster and was living in the Bay Area, she went full force on hipster clothing and literature. She bought AA disco pants and Jeffrey Campbell Tardy boots because everyone else had disco pants and Tardy boots. Now she's playing the cool LA girl. I'm glad she put out Eggie, because we can truly see she has no sense of style. She's gotten this far simply because she is pretty and pretends to be relatable. No self-respecting fashion lover would put out such a mish-mash pile of garbage into the world. In Chriselle's JOA video, she mentioned she designed the pieces a year in advance. She speaks about the history, design process, and versatility of all her pieces. The whole line was designed by the time Nordstrom asked for exclusivity. And Jenn has the audacity to say she's been working "on this collection for so long"? Girl, you looked at a line up of samples and said yes or no.'
You can make this “pod video” series for literally an hour long (not kidding) and I’d still watch it happily and willingly cuz it’s so goooooood!!! It’s really fresh for own mind and soul, understanding & listening to other peoples’ perspective and thoughts. It makes you see and think differently from how you usually thinks and do. And it’s really a good thing. Loving this series so much!💕

You’re an amazing advice giver!! Would love to see a video on spilling the tea on success and how you define it and more about your views and takes on more subjects:)
I think the lower the expectation point is very important. Especially when it comes to expectations on others because at the end of the day, you can control them.
Absolutely loved hearing your thoughts - especially on family dynamics and friends having different strengths! Huge congrats on 100K Ben!!! It’s been wonderful to follow your YT journey 🤩🥳
You and Jenn are so inspiring! Please consider making this into a podcast! Especially one that long!! 😂 in all seriousness, whenever I feel troubled I go through the advice videos you and Jenn have! You guys make me realize I need to take a step back, relax, and remember to focus on what I can do and not what I cannot do!
I think keeping track of who reaches out the most is something I am trying to work on as it seems like an ego thing (my opinion). Everyone has a different definition of effort and value texts and calls differently. I am not afraid to reach out to people and I want to work on my resentment when others don't reach out back -- my ego comes out because of these unspoken expectations. That's why I'm working on not taking things personally because I don't know what goes on in someone's mind and life 24/7. I like what Ben said that people have different strengths. At the same time, I believe that if you REALLY, truly want someone in your life, you will reach out to them. Last thought is that friendships come with flaws. No one is perfect and everyone has their own individual relationship with people. You may not get the same treatment that someone gives someone else and you have to accept the way someone is if you want to continue a relationship or friendship with them. Don't expect people to change to cater to you when they have other people in their lives who take up valid space as well. Don't compare friendships, each friendship is unique and special in their own nuanced ways. I'm not perfect and neither are my friends, but I love my friends and want to do life with them and GROW with them.
Loooove this new series!! It shows so much about how much you two have worked on not only your relationships but also on your own self and it's so nice to see! Also love seeing that some times your opinions weren't the same, but the other partner would still learn from the things you had to say! :o
That friendship question is something I have been in.. but I was the other end where I never reach out. My best friend actually ask me about that and I told her... that I don't know how to reach out to people nor plan things because I have grown up with parents that told me no every time I wanted to hang out with friends. I have always been home with literally no social life and thank goodness she is so understanding. I am better now and have been putting more of an effort of gather friends for trips.. taking little steps at a time.
I think for the parent one, it's also important to set your boundaries. You can be empathetic and understanding but that doesn't mean you need to take abuse
Wowowow I throughly enjoyed this video. I love seeing the creativity you have change a this type of video done hundreds of thousands of times into.. this. I don’t know how to describe? It’s conversational, informative, with bits of objective pieces of advice. I love it. I think you two bring wholesome and differing pov’s and thoughts into each scenario.
I think instead of just compromising, it’s actually okay to speak up a bit to your friend that you wish they can reach out more. Jenn you also mentioned in one of your videos that you actually opened up with your friend about the same issue.
Completely agree with you, Molly. Think speaking up is a great way to feel more connected and have a better understanding. Forgot to mention that bit, haha!
Journeying with you for years watching your vlogs, I feel like I'm talking with my friends on topics such as these! I'm thankful for these kinds of content. Congratulations Ben on the 100k subs!
Hahaha, we were laughing at that too. Felt weird blocking her face for an advert but she was ok with it seeing as she couldn't speak for 90 seconds anyway, haha.
Thank you for sharing your problems and Thank you for answering and giving your thoughts, Ben and Jen! I could relate most of them!!! This is one of my favorite video now!
Ben, a HUGE Congratulations on reaching 100k 🎉🎊 I truly love all your videos. So creative and REAL 😃 Continue creating amazing videos 🎥 I believe your channel will reach a Million Subscribers in no time. Take care and be safe. Much Love from Hawaii 🌴🌈🌺🇺🇲

That opening gave what it had to give. It’s clear Ben understood the assignment. Me encanto 💕

I agree! I appreciate the fresh perspective.
Thank you, Niko! Most problems in life are multilayered once we dig a little deeper. Thanks for watching and take care!
I need a podcast 😥you guys are amazing!!!! Thank you for this episodes, can't wait to watch more !!
Big big Congrats on 100k, Ben! 🎊🍾

Two wise souls. Thanks for the advice mom & dad!
I had to pause the video real quick to say that that intro is THE BEST intro I’ve seen this year. Claps and snaps to the mastermind behind it 👏🏻
You guys are just amazing. Thank you for being on youtube 😘
The different topics you guys touched on and talked about really open up my perspective hitting the points that I realize and also could apply
Journeying with you for years watching your vlogs, I feel like I'm talking with my friends on topics such as these! I'm thankful for these kinds of content. Congratulations Ben on the 100k subs!
I lol'ed a little at the fact that the screen record of the app was directly positioned over Jenn 😂
Hahaha, we were laughing at that too. Felt weird blocking her face for an advert but she was ok with it seeing as she couldn't speak for 90 seconds anyway, haha.
The opening clip is so creative and aesthetic and nicely edited 😍
The intro!!!! Man I watched it so many times! Class editing
This was so helpful. Moreover, i actually implement what they preach. Looking forward to this series. ❤️
