I'm a registered nurse and also study things related to being prepared. I spend a lot of time deciding where and what types of food to buy and I'm always cognizant of nutritional value. I ran across blackstrap molasses by accident and was amazed that it contained 70% of the iron needed for the body. It also has a long shelf life. If something were to happen to our intricate and fragile supply chain this would be very important to have on hand. I thought it could help for any type of slight to moderate blood loss from injuries as well. I believe the value of blackstrap molasses is underestimated. Good info to put out there!

The pads are infused with natural herbs. get the super pads for your heavy bleeding. i also do yoni steams with natural herbs before and after my periods. you do the steams and will see a major difference in your cycle all the way down to the color of the blood. the steams make your uterus extract all the old blood which is why we cramp so much because old blood is built up. im not as consistent as i should be but ive seen a major difference. do some resesrch and she what works for you. also get BPA free water bottles because bottles with BPA have estrogen in them which causes fibroids to grow. the fibroids love estrogen.

Please encourage people to have their iron saturation levels checked before doing this. I used to take blackstrap molasses only to later find that I have hemochromatosis which for anyone who doesn't know what it is......... it's a disorder whereas the body stores iron and the only way to get the levels down is through phlebotomies. There are so many issues that too much iron in the body can cause..... For anyone who doesn't have this disorder then yes, this is a great product.... just my 2 cents.

Blackstrap Molasses did not affect my weight (did not gain) when I put a teaspoon of it into my morning coffee for a month. Raw Honey on the other hand started to increase the fat around my midsection. Blackstrap Molasses seems to be metabolized differently, like glucose versus fructose. Anyways, I am glad I can have a hint of bittersweet in my morning coffee once in awhile without wrecking my liver.

I just purchased a jar of unsulphured BSM to use for hair health, but running across this video has definitely been a blessing. I am also severely anemic due to fibroids, and I cannot tolerate oral iron supplements in any form, so I have to have IV iron infusions to elevate my levels. Even with the infusion treatments, it never quite reaches a “normal” level, so seeing that BSM is also beneficial for anemia, is very encouraging. I’ll be starting tomorrow!

My grandmother told me to take black strap molasses & almost immediately, my menstrual improved. 1 month after the iron infusion, I went back to the Dr & my iron levels skyrocketed. He was in shock & attributed it to the infusion-I didn't tell him about the molasses.

@@eddieabbott370 hi there, I suffer from acid reflux too but I attribute that to age and diet (white flour food stuff always gives me acid).
Anyway, the benefits I get from this drink is less acid, more flexibility as in I don't ache in the joints, I feel a more energetic, my skin looks and feels a lot nicer, however, I also eat over-night oats for breakfast, this is mixed with pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax, amaranth seeds, either whole or ground, each day I add a different dried fruit like prunes or apricots or mango etc and a few walnuts, or almonds, or brazils or pecans, this also contributes to better health.
The drink and the breakfast has greatly improved my health, I am by no means a 'health freak' the rest of my diet is as normal as anyone else's, it could do with improving but I like the junk food a lot as well.
I also managed to cut sugar and bread for a long time but now I only buy hand made sourdough bread from a specialist bakery, this bread never gives me acid, 1 loaf lasts me a week.
You can leave out any of the above ingredients, the black seed oil is expensive so more of a treat when affordable, just drinking cider with water is enough to get things happening, but it takes time, keep doing it everyday, you may never notice any change until you stop and start feeling worse again, only then you realise it was doing you good after all. Each person is different, just try it, stick it for 3 months and see if it works for you. :)

Lately though my blood pressure was all over the place from high to low all in minutes. Also, my pulse would drop from 70 to 40 beats. Lately, most nights, I could feel my heat in my throat..
A freind commented on the benefits of black strap molasses that it has lots of iron, potassium and that it helps with blood pressure so I bought some. I literally felt better within days.

6 Tbsp provides all the potassium the body needs, if you don't have the time and money for 8 to 10 cups of vegetables. I spread it out over the day adding turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne. It's 21 grams of sugar per Tbsp a pop has 39, use with own discernment. If you use bread, pasta, alcohol or drink pop your likely over that, it just over 3 sodas worth of sugar. Have you watched his potassium videos, we need serious amounts of it.
