ELF HALO GLOW LIQUID FILTER REVIEW: is it a Charlotte Tilbury dupe?

Someone did an ingredient deck comparison, and skin wise, the ELF Halo has better ingredients. I actually have both (no issues with my skin), been using the CT forever, and I prefer the ELF 100%.
