Eraser Undyne I can just imagine some randy guy looking her over, and Clara responding, "they're bigger on the inside." Then she walks off while he looks baffled.
I love Clara! People often complain about her but I really like how different she is from the ponds ( I love them too). It's like a breath of fresh air.
snowcherryleopard I loved Clara I just hated that yet again Moffatt chickened out on killing anybody or keeping them dead. He did it to the empty child, he did it to river song and everyone he killed in silence in the library, it was his tinkering that meant they kept Jenny alive in the doctors daughter, he did it to Rory multiple times, he did it to Amy, he did it to the doctor in series 5, 6 and 7, and then again in series 9. He did it to Strax twice, and Jenny. Then he did it to Clara twice, then again for a third time and then finally killed her.....and then brought her back to life again. Yes her death is fixed but that’s irrelevant she could travel around the universe for hundreds of years until she decides to ‘die’. So she’s still alive. Also, how does she die? Return to gallifrey? And if it’s that easy then why can’t the doctor do it? He then pulls the same stunt with Nardole and Bill Potts. It’s frustrating.
Manmanboyboydudedudeguyguy riversong can come back whenever she likes, there’s still storyline to squeeze from her, as can Jenny, as can Bill Potts and Clara from their time traveling puddle and TARDIS adventures. And Amy and Rory got sent back in time to live a happy life. In my opinion if you’re gonna kill someone, then keep them dead. Don’t give them a get out clause or a timey wimey loophole so they’re ‘kind of’ dead. At least Torchwood committed to killing people off
Clara was a great companion, I think one thing that was weird was the impossible girl arc just being forgotten suddenly, her death was strange but after a while I got used to it and it seems rigjt
She began as the Souflee Girl in the intercom... and ended as the Waitress in the traveling diner... I guess Chin/Eyebrow-Boy did show her the stars after all.
The best thing about the special....... He remembered Clara. It was a cruel twist. the companion forgot while the Doctor remembered, then the companion remembered while the Doctor forgot. To Donna and Clara, two of the best!
Wait, someone, please clarify because I've been binging doctor who, and I literally have just finished the episode Hell Bent ⚠️*WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD*⚠️ If you've read the above, you know there are spoilers ahead, and you've been warned. Anyway, I was watching Hell Bent. It is in the 9th series, and in the episode before Clara dies, but the Doctor manages to go back to Gallifrey (after being imprisoned in his worst nightmare for 4.5 billion years 😡) and he convinces the Time Lords to do this thing were in the moments before Clara dies, they kind of stop her and bring her to Gallifrey, but her heart has stopped but she's still conscious? All the Doctor has to do is wipe her memory of him, and she'll be safe. But in a turn of events where the Doctor tells a friend outside the TARDIS what he's going to do, and Clara hears that on the computer thingy were you can see and hear what goes on outside and basically reverses the memory wipe thing so that the Doctor forgets Clara. This would make sense, except while the story is being retold to Clara in a cafe (coincidentally, the cafe where Amy, Rory and River see the 11th doctor come back to life (well not really it was just a younger version of the 11th Doctor)) and the 12th Doctor couldn't quite remember the conversation that went down with Clara in the story, and the Clara in the cafe says what happens in a subtle way. I don't know what happens after that cos I finished that episode a few minutes ago, but hopefully, there's a possibility that the Doctor will remember Clara? Though I'm not going to get my hopes up. ( I probably will and then be immensely disappointed and sad, though) So tell me, are we talking about this episode or another one?
Now Clara is out there, in her own TARDIS with her own companion. She knows she's going to die, yet she runs away laughing. Just like the Doctor would. I cannot imagine a better ending. One can only hope the Doctor remembers more of Clara. SO now you run you clever girl and remeber...
+NOOBinHiding Like for all beings that are alives, even the doctor gonna die one day, once he'll be arrived at the end of his (2nd) cycle of 12 regenerations...
The 11th Doctor/Clara period was wonderful. She truly missed 11 after he transformed, and I think the memories kept her with 12. I wish I knew a Clara.
Season 7 will now and forever remain my favorite season; not just because of this theme, but because it will be the only time we see 11 and Clara together. They should have had at least one more season together!
I think Donna is sadder. Rose had a happy life with her family , got a rich version of her dad back, and the Human Doctor. Donna might have got money and Sean, but she still forgot her adventures and how special she is. She lost her best friend and doesn’t know why she is so sad.
Tbh Clara and donna ironically have the same fate in the end they got "killed off" cuz of they're greed for wanting to be like the doctor... and the I think David Tennant said it best "no human can ever be the doctor"
@@dereklouther9372 That's not true. Donna won't be the Doctor it was just an accident and Clara either. She was dead and the doctor won't let her go so he saved her
Does anyone else remember, at the end, he walked into the diner and Clara was behind the counter. He spilled his secrets to a girl he didn't know, in this case remember, like she was an old friend. When she asked if he would ever be reunited with his Clara, he said he wasn't sure but he would know her when her saw her. The rejected look on Clara's face was heartbreaking. All the pain of losing a friend that stumbles across once in a lifetime, all the memories they shared, all the happiness. Locked away in her heart, and The Doctors as well, buried underneath all of that pain and sorrow. But not all hope is lost, because she remembers him, that one friend you stumble across once in your life. There will never be a substitute for the other, no one else exactly the same. But they will learn to grow strong without the other. They will always know the adventures they shared, the love and brokenness. They will always have each other, untill the very end of time... My God I made myself cry.
Clara's my favorite companion. Not that I didn't love the others, of course, but I could relate to her the most. (Minus the Doctor part.) She's a control freak (and she lies to keep it - we saw her do that several times during S8,) but she also has a sense of dignity and doing what's right. She has a craving for living life on the edge - and all the while tries to make the most of it. Really, I love Clara's character and hope she'll stay. :) (Please don't tell me that Jenna's leaving this season - don't ever tell me the odds!!!)
Man. I loved Dr Who when I was a child, really into Tennant and Eccleston, but was one of the ones who dropped off during Smith. When the 50th came around it totally relaunched my love for Dr Who, and as a teenager I could appreciate it way more. I moaned about Capaldi and Clara then, but it's only in the last few years I've realised they are my definitive doctor/companion duo. It will always be the most nostalgic for me as a pairing, and I think might be the show at its best.
I love Clara's theme song! There is so much whimsy, curiosity, and hope in the melody. Clara is such a cool companion too. I wish she had more time with the Eleventh Doctor (they're banter was hilarious), but I can't wait to see her challenge the new Doc. I also wish people wouldn't compare her to the Ponds. I wasn't a big Amy fan in the beginning and she grew on me after each new episode, so I would hope fans would give Jenna/Clara the chance to grow into her character too.
I wish she had more time with Matt too even though Capaldi and her had great chemistry... there was something magical and carefree about 11th and Clara Oswald.
Love this Companion's theme song. It carries such a feeling of tenderness and wonder; which in-turn is very fitting for Clara Oswald, a girl with a big caring heart, whose core desire is to travel to see & experience the wider world (101 places to see). Thanks for uploading this, *TheUnknownTechnician.* :)
Notice how they put a question mark after Clara, this makes it more sad now, after her exit in hell bent, its like the Doctor is asking, and once again looking for her.
This is the theme that gives me the memories of staying up to ungodly hours to watch all of the recorded seasons we had on our T.V. Also is the theme that just makes me floaty. When ever I would start to drift off when watching somehow this theme would start playing and immediately I would smile already knowing what was going on and when I opened my eyes I saw what I had expected, a Clara moment. When I hear this I just smile fondly at what is now the past was once the present and future. Those late nights where some of my happiest and made Series 7 get on my favorite series list. As much as I love the other themes and such (except for the newest,) this one will always be happy memories.
I love this theme so much, and every time it comes on an episode I cry. I just really love the chemistry 11th and Clara have on screen and as well as Matt and Jenna off screen.
I didn’t know hearing this theme would bring back memories. Memories that hurt. But that’s alright. Because being hurt reminds us that it doesn’t always last.
I LOVE so much music from the Doctor Who series --- and this particular theme is one of my favorites ! It has such a lilting tenderness to it, with a touch of mystery toward the ending. love it, Love It, LOVE IT.
When I need to clear my mind, erase the pain, imagine a little hope, make the day worthwhile, I play this. I'm a stupid old man, too. And, yes, I do love the Impossible Girl.
I love this version of her theme the most. The others are mysterious, which I also love about the Impossible Girl, but this one’s just really happy. I can imagine her running into the TARDIS from her apartment with a huge grin on her face from the 2013 Christmas special :)
farewell to the impossible girl... i dont think ill ever be the same, i love her so much. shes my favorite companion. what will the doctor do without her?
Clara is the best companion for the doctor and this music is amazing and it goes with her character because she is kind and loving, and also this is the best music ever!
Did anyone else watch this after Clara died in season 9? I did, so I could hear it again, and then know it when the 12th doctor played it on his guitar. I cried so hard!
Clara was my favorite companion, and it was a cruel fate that the Doctor forgets her, an irony of Donna's situation. At least the Doctor remembers her on Twice Upon A Time, and we know that she is still out there, living between one heartbeat and the next, and running through space and time the long way around.
This theme makes me feel so many emotions at once. Like for example i feel so filled with happiness that i would cry, but at the same time i feel sad, as if im watching a death of a character in a movie. Doctor who themes sre trully a masterpiece.
Who remembers the crayon painting in season 7 episode 7 at about 3 minutes in, it's perfect for the poster, but I never found it on the internet, it had these words, "Run clever boy and remember".
For me Clara was the doctor's best company. Not taking the merit of the others, but she in epecial was the best! It was very emotional the last episode of the 7th and 9th season. Well, it shows the affection she and the doctor have for each other. It supports the time and space to be with the doctor in his last hours until his regeneration. And he gets 4.5 billion years in a prison just to be able to go back in time and save her from death, in the eisodio "Facing the Raven"!
"I think it's called... Clara."

Owen Middleton-Brown That is a good question, I would like to know too.
The more I hear this the more I wish Clara had a happier ending 😢😢Miss you impossible girl
Been a couple of weeks and I'm still mourning Clara's departure.
