Sticking to New York. What if New Amsterdam survived? Alternatively What if there was more of a scramble for the eastern seaboard, which would be New Netherland, New Sweden, French Acadia surviving and maybe some others are established.
@@adamnesico I can explain how if you wish for me too humor you, I've been asking for this scenario for so long I've pretty much I looked into it and I think Crassus could really do it realistically
@WhiteQueso-z6u Sure well I had the idea thought out for a while now and I think it can work. Crassus before his campaign began already had about 50k soldiers under his command, he was then offered another 40k soldiers, military supplies, and military access from the Roman-leaning King Artavasdes II. Not only would this support almost double Crassus' army but this support would include entry into Armenia. Crassus first blunder was not being capable of choosing a good place to fight Parthia which choosing the battlefield in itself is major. Armenia was a large mass of mountains which would be beneficial to Rome's heavy infantry tradition and it would also hinder Parthia's cavalry tradition. This alone would start Crassus off better and we aren't done yet, but to recap, with what I've said Crassus would now have almost 90k soldiers, he'd be attacking from mountains rather than the exposed expanse of Mesopotamia, he'd have support of Armenia as a solidified ally. Next now with Crassus having a major Strategic buff he also needs a tactical buff. Armenia's army was luckily that, of the 40k soldiers Armenia would be deploying 10k would be cataphracts which nullifies Rome's Cavalry disadvantage. Crassus would be able to use his original plan without feeling the need to form a "noob box". He would have the natural support of the Zagros mountains and the Armenian mountains, and he would have plenty of cavalry to throw on the flanks. Crassus would advance in a wide formation with the flanks supported by archers, cavalry, and light infantry. In battle the Parthians would quickly realize their horse archers and cataphracts won't beat a properly prepared Roman army and they would retreat or be beaten by a slow advance by Crassus through Azerbaijan down into Mesopotamia, with the Greeks still living in western Mesopotamia proclaiming him a liberator. Now Crassus had a plan to conquer Mesopotamia not all of Persia as far as I'm aware but if he kept going he would need to pause and reassess the situation. But at this point Crassus would be able to sack Ctesiphon and declare Mesopotamia conquered. From here I believe if Crassus is lucky the Parthians crash due to instability, (they were instable after the Crassus stuff despite winning) and the rump state falls to Rome. Or if they hold firm like the Persians did against the Muslims then Crassus is in for a long campaign as the real Parthian army at this point would have assembled, Crassus only fought 1 portion of the army before they gathered in real life and got obliterated, realistically he didn't have the skill to completely conquer Persia and I'd think at this point if he did everything else I said above his best bet would be peacing out with a triumph over Mesopotamia and access to the Persian gulf. Parthia despite moving their capital to Mesopotamia at this point hasn't held Mesopotamia for long enough for them to deny peace if the Romans demand it if Rome had a good string of victories before demanding it.

A suggestion for a video: What if the Chinese Civil War ended in a stalemate? (North CCP, South KMT.)
Perfect timeline.
Kinda impossible
The KMT was collapsing way before and lost all its armies in manchuria
Imagine the mafia fighting bloods and crips
they most likely trying to work with one of both or getting sponsored
It’s happened in Philadelphia. Gangs wanted the mob backings . They knew it’s better to work with them then to be against them
Nah, let's have them all go against the Cartels.

Then Russia, Japan or England probably would have. With England probably being best and allowing them to end up like New Zealand.
