I recently bought Andy’s whole set up. Vajra deck, theory grip, nano wheels, etc. So excited to use it. Need to heal from injury first lol.

I like how Matthew gets inspiration from whoever he’s skating with. He just starts absorbing their skills into his wildness.
imagine living over iin the US in calia, youre with your friends quietly going to the spot and when u get there u notice Andy Anderson and Matt are there3 as well, it must be so cool to see pros randomly at spots! Over here all you see is rugby players. On Sundays all their kids use the skate park next to the ruby field as a play ground and use the quarter pipes as slides. Thats all you get in New Zealand is rugby players. If you say anything t the kids the whole rugby team will just come and beat u up.
the rugby players even come over and kick the rugby ball around the skate park and they dont care if they get in your way, because theyre big. In your country they'd be considered jocks. They are usually only about 18 years old but they look like big 40 year old men

100% agree. My experience is very similar. Fear is real but progression is happening even thought its at a snails pace. Just enjoying the ride.

Hey bro, not a plug but please consider "Revolution" brand whey concentrate or something you deem fitting (don't get suckered, look at ingredients and amino profile=low homocysteine levels) with plain Greek yogurt and some water. 10lb didn't have filler like the 3&6lb. Either way, you'll still want proper amounts of niacinamide, weather through synthesis after whole foods or supplementally. There's more, just not sure what's appropriate, but this is about more than hitting macros 😉

You should eat foods that make you feel good and water. Snacks when you are boarding. For how active you all are, to maintain your muscle you probably need like 3-4 real meals a day. Water is life. Get rid of that candy.
