Sir 1st u said Estrogen have benefit of Decreasing LDL and increasing HDL.....which protects from MI
Then, u wrote there is probable risk of MI and STROKE due to estrogen as drug especially in smokers and >35 yr age.
What does this mean?

Estrogen Increases Liver Function ----> That increases liver Production of Coagulating factors -----> That results in increased risk of MI. Hope it helps :)
