Troy you mentioned the blue die for the threader, but you have something else on the outside end of that shaft that you do not mention. did you thread the shaft and put a large nut or grinder nut on the end? do I need that?
can you post a video of the teardrop assembly and welding for the threader attachment? how far out on the shaft do you weld the blue die collar?

Buying a product and paying extra for warranty extensions is a scam. That means the product isn't worth the money first up and the manufacturer of the product and the consignment based retailer (harbour freight) is not honest. Coupons mean that the product has a specific mark up too; Jewellers were pick up on that type of scam a few years ago. Nice hand roller though, Cheers :-)
I am buying this after I get my bender. It really seams like my ideal thing, and I love your products. The finish of some of them leave a little to be desired (Burs and some things needed to be smoothed out etc), but over all I love them. The single mod I will make to this is a guide on either end to keep the tube from twisting. And yeah, I wish I could see it in action. Still want it.

Used my Hulk on its first job today, rolling 2x2 aluminum square tube. This thing is the real deal, I have used other rollers in the past and this thing is by far better in every way!!!

Will this make a 12" circle?
This machine is a large diameter roller. The tightest you can roll is a ~24" diameter hoop. It should also be noted the the minimum diameter is different depending on the material being rolled.

Is it possible to fab roll cage bends with your machine? Or do I need a bender not a roller. Thanks

Though the Hulk Roller is frequently used for roll cage fabrication, the type of cages that require a roller are typically fancier with arched tops and back. For basic roll cages, you will be better served by our REV 2 Tube Bender.
