In order to account for this, I've worked very hard to communicate what the purpose and value of each offer is - every class has a description of what you can expect to get from it and I work hard to make sure they complement each other and don't overlap.

Initially I was having mixed emotions and it hit me that it’s OKAY to have a 9 to 5 AND work for myself. I think I found my Obama Translator sans the anger. What a great interview! I thrived in corporate but left to be useful to the world in an entirely different way. I’ve never come across anyone that explained the series of decisions and trade-offs for this path to entrepreneurship so precisely.
