Fr, where I live I can get the same meals for around 5-6 dollars (through currency conversion) Literally nobody there besides some snobby high class elite kid would pay $24 for a burger, some fries and a drink or $30 for a sandwich which is mostly just meat💀

I think it should be cooked through. Parasites live on the outside of raw beef. It's OK to eat steak with the inside rare and outside cooked, but burgers are minced with the outside and inside of the beef together, therefore some of the inside could have the parasite, that's the reason it should be fully cooked.

Because it’s not fully cooked, almost raw in the middle. Medium rare ground beef is risky, but it definitely won’t be dry lol…in many places you can’t serve meat like that

The USDA temperature guideline for restaurants is slightly lower than for home cooking (155 vs 160 degrees F) because 160 has a more reliably obvious color change associated with it that makes it easy to detect at home, but 155 for 15 seconds is actually enough to kill E. coli. and Salmonella.

@@BrothSkillet it is hard to describe… i eat it my whole life(and love it) so i’m used to the taste to a point i can’t compare it to other things… but because it is totally raw it has a completely different taste and texture to fried meat… like raw salmon (Sashimi or sushi)to cooked salmon
