    Hi, city registration will happen in City A, even though if I get job in City B. For getting Blue card immediately your point is Ok. But if I have to work in City B, I have to shift there, again need to do City registration, Bank account open in City B all these matters. So do we need to do address change in Blue card or how this process work?

      when shifting to new city, no new bank account needs to be openend, only address needs to be updated.

    Thanks, Siddharth, for the insightful info! I have a question about my passport, which expires in 10 months. I'm currently on a job seeker visa (JSV) and expect to receive my offer letter soon. If all goes well and I get the offer, can I renew my passport in Germany and then convert my JSV to a Blue Card? I'm concerned that if I apply for the Blue Card now, I might only get a 10-month permit due to my passport's validity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  8 місяців тому

      You can do so, but in the process you will losse another 25-30 days time for Passport renewel.
      That may mean entire One month Salary.
      I cannot SUGGET you anything (without understanding your stand completely), as any wrong advice will invite catastrophe.

    Hi , thanks for the detailed video. I have a question regarding health insurance .
    While applying for job seeker visa , we already buy it for six months , so if fortunate enough to get a job in first two months , then should we make void the existing one and buy new one for one year or so ? What is better approach or process here?

    • @FirangiFiles
      @FirangiFiles  2 роки тому +2

      hi, Good Question !! (That may be topic of my next video)
      Insurance for JSV is Indian Insurance.
      However, when you get job in Germany (ie a Job Contract), you need to go to Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehorde) for JSV to Work Permit Visa conversion.
      They will ask for German Insurance. They will not accept Indian Insurance. Infact, you can simply ignore your Indian insurance that you did for JSV purpose.
      Also, German Insurance (either Public or Private) has to be valid for your entire professional career. So as far as I know, German Insurance will have only Start date, and no End date.

      If you learn or search German Sites regarding JSv, you will often find the word "Fachkraft". It literally means Specialist/Skilled worker.
      So you will be eligible for JSV if you are specialist in any "Shortage" field. That means, if someone has 10+ years work experience as Waitor/Cashier in a supermarket, than he is Specialist BUT NOT in Shortage field.
      I suggest, first check out jobs in your profile in Germany.
      If they are in demand, and you are eligible to get "minimum" 44000 Euro per year, then you are surely fit for JSV
      Further your seriousness/preperation for JOB SEARCH in Germany, is also a deciding factor for you getting JSV.
      Lastly, if you learn German (A2 or B1) and then apply, you van be 70% sure to get it..

      Hi, To the best of my Info, if you possess Blue Card, there is no further requirements of minimum Salary. Job (not in probation) and confirmed House contract is enough.
      In case, you dont have Blue card, you may be instructed to open a Blocked Account for spouse valid for intented duration of stay.

      Hi Apolgises for delayed reply.
      Financial field is a Skilled Profile.
      However, your mentioned salary is certainly below threshold level.
      ABH may still grant you Work Permit, if the officer is convinced that the profile is ,,Shortage Profession"
      However, I suggest, keep searching for more Job opportunities..
      All the Best
