Ingredients👇
3 large eggs
180g granulated sugar
200g 00 flour
80g potato starch or cornstarch
140ml milk
120g seed oil
200g dark chocolate or milk
20g bitter cocoa powder
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
22 or 24 cm mold
170 degrees static baking for 50 min
