I was fortunate to see J B here in Birmingham, UK in early '70s. Together with a local pick-up band - just bass and drums - he gave one of the most fantastic blues performances I've witnessed in 50 years of going to gigs. Absolutely fabulous....🤗🤗
@@SpiritusMundi4EVER I saw early BS when they were (still) known as Earth. Also Robert Plant was on at the same venue - Henrys Bluehhouse in Birmingham - one night as a 'guest'. That was less than 12 months before I first saw LZ on an early - first - TV appearance. I wasn't a fan of either, much preferring the 'original' blues men that were still touring Europe in those days...👍👍
