You have to start with small weight and just slowly progress remembering about the pelvis and back! It gets better with time just don’t be too harsh on yourself! I started feeling my glutes after 1,5 month of doing this exercise. I think this one is actually one of the hardest exercises as it’s one-legged and I usually have problems with those, especially my left leg. Good luck 🤞🏼
Hold ur core tight that really helps, don't bend to much, and don't kick ur leg out to far, if u notice that ur hips open when u do it that's to far out
I wish an influencer would do these at a planet fitness or some kind of commercial gym so they know what machines to use. I would love to se that (personally) 😊
You cant posterior pelvic tilt in this exercises, you can't do that with extension of your hips. You don't hurt your back thats pump coming to the muscles. Use a belt to brace hard.

Then the Weight your using is too heavy. Try to lower it for a few weeks then add in some more pounds gradually 💙
U really have to play around with them to see what works for you

Planet fitness has a cable machine. You just have to bring your own ankle straps.
This exercise is highly individual and the correct stance and form will vary greatly depending on the person.
