    I just learned a ply-split join. It really works great for joins with thicker yarns. I've found that the thicker yarns really make a very noticeable join, but the ply-split join makes it so much better! Have you tried that?

    Can i carry my colors up the side as well if i dont want to cut them ?

      I wouldn’t carry a colour more than a row or two at most or else it could be quite visible along the edge.
