I'm watching this CDMX series two years after you posted to prepare for my first trip to Mexico (and I've lived in Southern California for over 20 years.) I was supposed to go back to Tokyo this fall (the other greatest city in the world) but I've been priced out - just waited too long to book everything. My other option was CDMX, and your videos have made me really excited to spend time there as a solo traveler. You really made me laugh out loud, and you travel how I like to, as well - a good balance of site-seeing, food that leans toward local, connecting with people and dogs and taking in the place. Your love of travel shines through. Thanks for all the great information and for being truly entertaining.
Lmao I laughed when you repeated the recording of the refrigerators and stove pick ups 😂 awesome video we’re visiting Mexico soon and I’m trying to figure out where to stay, thank you for sharing!
Your videos are so good! I’m so glad I found you. I just got back from Mexico, but I will be going back and will see more sights that you recommend. I believe we have similar tastes, and you have a terrific sense of humor. Thank you for putting these videos together.
Great video! When you said, "I love it here." it kind of sums-up how I feel whenever I make a visit there and, I have been there a ridiculous number of times. My friends who have never been to CDMX just don't get it. I'm glad you do.
Hey Alphie! It’s Steve, yes, Steve from Philadelphia/NJ circa 20 years ago. i know you remember, anyway, we are heading to CDMX and loved your video. Would love to catch up and learn more. Ciao! btw, sorry to hear about your dad.
My husband and I are headed to Mexico City next month and will be staying in Condesa so your content is super helpful. I was wondering whether you bought your tickets for the Lucha Libre show ahead of time or the evening of the performance? Did you buy your tickets online or at the venue? Thanks in advance for your input!!
You cannot get bored in this city❤️❤️❤️❤️ this city can definitely cure your blues there for sure 😊 get an online job there was and so live there and find a new re ationship there perhaps❤️
Yes! I walked around with an expensive camera everywhere. Just keep a tight grip on it and be aware. You should especially hold it tight in Centro. You’ll be fine, enjoy!
Right to start in the neighborhoods, anywhere , quieter , less fast paced. But I'd start desayuno with huevos ranchero or mexicana and jugo instead of sugary eats.
Just three videos and we're already in love with them! You make it really interesting to visit Mexico City. Awesome!
Thanks Cristina; I really appreciate that! I’m so happy you enjoyed them! Editing my next video now and it should be out this week! Thanks again!

I ve noticed that the arrechera meat Is called in mexican restaurants in the US fajitas
Yeah, Fajitas in the U.S are a “Tex-Mex” dish. Usually grilled steak or chicken with peppers and onion in a tortilla.
excellent video - heading up to CDMX nov 23 to 29. i am glad you do NOT do outfit checks in the full length mirror. :-)
Haha, I would never! Who cares? 😂 Thank you! 😊
On Tonalá Street there is an artisanal brewery called Cyprez, it is the best in the city 👌🏻😎
Cool, thanks!
nice video bro ... now following you
Thanks; I appreciate it!
How far are they from the zocalo in Mexico City?
Its a 15-20 minute car ride. About 6km
those tacos were super expensive but yeah, that neighborhood is expensive. loving your videos.
Thank you! Yes, I agree they were expensive but sooo good! Thanks for watching!
Every thing is expensive because of the Americans Living here.
Yes, I know. The gentrification has made everything expensive.
hey man, would you recommend i bring a camera to mexico city? provided i keep it in a crossbody bag next to me?
Yes! I walked around with an expensive camera everywhere. Just keep a tight grip on it and be aware. You should especially hold it tight in Centro. You’ll be fine, enjoy!
How do I find an ARB place to stay in Mexico City. I like Roma Norte!
Check out AirBnB online
Beautiful tour. No need to pixel out people’s faces, though, unless they specifically ask you to.
Thank you!!!
It's better i dont want to be a random is someone's video. I hate that everybody records everything without the respect of other people around them.
hola, what is the name of your airbnb accomodation ???
Espacio Roma
thank you, going to be in Mexico City soon, muchas gracias
Right to start in the neighborhoods, anywhere , quieter , less fast paced. But I'd start desayuno with huevos ranchero or mexicana and jugo instead of sugary eats.
I guess if you wanna be healthy… 🤷🏻♂️
5:31 I will have that thing removed, I want a monument celebrating peace.
