So I know you don’t need a boxspring with a platform bed that has a memory foam mattress however I like more height to my bed so would I still be able to add a box spring if it is a platform bed with memory foam? Or would that ruin the feel of the memory foam Mattress?
It's nowhere near that complicated. Any bed with springs could be noisy. Eliminate the springs and sleep in silence. Box springs and foundations are useless. Always get a platform bed.
Some people like antiques or vintage. Not everyone wants a modern, low-to-the-floor, platform bed. That would look ridiculous in my 80 year old home that has 10' ceilings.

How about the difference in the stability of the Bed? which one offers more stability to the bed as whole with less movement?
I have been looking for a real box spring, with springs, to go in a vintage bed. They are very hard to find!
They are. I found one at Mattress Firm. But I use it with a full memory foam mattress.
I'm 5 ft tall I need a bed where my feet touch the floor
Great video man. Would u say a pallet is the same as a pallet and what sort of mattress is best for a pallet bed?
Can I convert my box spring sleigh bed to a foundation bed?
Yes. I done it to my bed. Go to the lumber yard and buy 1x4s and build it in. It’s pretty simple I can send you pics of mine if you want
A larger person like you? Can you clarify?
Marten is 6'7 and around 250lbs. Hope that helps
@@Mattressclarity In the video he looks average build, height and weight, which is why I asked.
