Nourish Foods Co. is a meal delivery service that offers healthy, homemade meals made from scratch by a team of trained chefs in their commercial kitchen.
The company was founded in 2012 when a former colleague approached co-founders Mary Drennen and Tiffany Vickers Davis to produce and deliver a Paleo meal plan for her local fitness gym. Since then, the company has expanded its product line and shipping meals to many more fitness facilities. They have launched an e-commerce, direct-to-customer home delivery meal service so busy people across the country can have their quick and easy nutritionally balanced meals.
Co-founders Mary and Tiffany both have culinary degrees and have worked in restaurants across the US. They first worked together as test kitchen chefs and recipe developers for Cooking Light magazine in the early 2000s. Prior to their current business, which started in 2012, they owned a boutique catering company that specialized in high-end, healthy on-site events. They bring their expertise in developing healthy recipes and balance the menu with a variety of proteins, sides, and flavor profiles to offer "something for everyone."
The company has a recipe database of over 400 recipes that they can pull from throughout various times of the year, and 100 recipes that they tag as client favorites based on sales. They strive to create a weekly menu with 10-12 new meals that can meet most of their clients' nutritional needs while really helping them eat healthy meals, conveniently and affordably.
Nourish Foods Co. ensures that their meals are both high quality and nutritious by using made-from-scratch ingredients. Every ingredient, including their chicken stocks and mayonnaise, is made from scratch. They offer a weekly menu that can meet most of their clients' nutritional needs while helping them eat healthy meals, conveniently and affordably.

All these pre-made meals are mostly the same at this point. No single one really stood out IMO and made me want to stick with it for long, given the price. I've tried several, and now I just use the 50% off the first week for the new ones - which I will do with this one - and then probably cancel unless it really checks the boxes well. (Assuming this one has that offer. Most do.) I hope to be proven wrong soon.

@@FoodBoxHQ I just got an email from Real Eats saying they are going under. Sad! I have tried so many during the pandemic era, where to start... I will have to circle back on this one!
