Piqui’s Law: From Tragedy to Change

In 2017, Piqui was murdered by his father in California, failed by family court professionals. His death was absolutely preventable.
In 2018, Piqui’s Resolution was passed in California and in 2023, lawmakers and advocates are working to pass Piqui’s Law, SB331 (Rubio).
