A really great alternative to using the project board is to score the foam board and bend it! Then the material is all the same and you don’t have to paint anything:)

Wanted to tell you what a help you were to me, concerning my daughter's wedding. The venue had a fireplace and mantel on a large wall and I needed something with a "wow" factor to place there. I made their initials with an "&" between from your tutorial, and it was GORGEOUS! Thank you so much for sharing this. I wish I knew how to attach a picture, I would show you. Maybe I will figure it out 😂

If you use a mini projector you can display the letters or numbers on the wall. Then I would just put the foam board on the wall and trace.

I will! I was telling my daughter (who is now in OBX-that's Outer Banks, NC) about how talented you are! We will send photos when she returns! Something else I discovered just last night is that instead of floral rhinestone picks placed in the middle of roses in the bridal bouquet (I was experimenting and making a bouquet to toss at the reception-Shannon Drew wants to keep her real one with which she walks down the aisle) and I thought, "Why not take some of these crystals you got at Wal-Mart-a huge tin of assorted sizes for about 12 dollars- and carefully, oh so carefully, glue stones in the center of the roses?" After all, when that Bad Boy gets tossed at the reception, I do NOT want sharp picks falling out of it! LOL It turned out just as lovely as if I'd placed those pricey rhinestone picks in the blossoms! I just had to be mindful of the angle placement of the gems so that they resembled the heads of picks. I also had to pick away any fine hot-glue spiderwebs that got left behind on the flowers. I am even thinking of asking her bridesmaids if they want their bouquets blinged or not this way! I feel a vote is in order, with the Bride as the swing vote! That seems fair to me! I am actually asking her attendants to bring me a pair of light-colored shoes to "make over" into Marie-Antoinette type footwear that matches their dresses. We do not care if every bridesmaids' shoes match. We want them to be comfortable dancing and enjoying themselves at the reception! For people may or may not recall what you said, but SURELY, they will always recall HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL! I am a teacher and I have this )along with other WORDS TO LIVE BY in my classroom! :)

I bought the led lights at dallarama for 3.00$ for 9 lights .I put 9 lights in each letter bought styrofoam . Wrapping paper covered the letters .tape .cost me a total of 40$
Where did you buy the styrofoam?

Hi! Those are individuals flowers placed together. Check out my desert table or wedding arch videos. The way I make my runners are similar to those. I must dedicate a vid to a floral runner. Will write it down in my idea's notebook 😊

Love this! I made one before with string lights but I like the push lights so much better. And mine weren't as sturdy because I glued just regular poster board around the edges. I am going to give this version a try for my daughter's Sweet 16. Just a thought to make the 'O' easier is doing a Varsity style font so there are no round edges.
