Thanks for the film. I've watched a lot of your offerings over the last year or two. You have a very confident way of working and your compositions always seem to work. Do you ever have difficulties with your work? I'm sure you do. I paint a bit myself but the confidence or desire isn't always there which can be frustrating. I know you admire George Rowlett, as I do too. Have you ever looked at Soutines work ? Thanks again

I prefer the stroke of the ring finger over the middle and pointer finger. It's more more refined and has a delicate feel to it. The middle finger is to direct and almost offensive the way it aggressively applies the paint. Don't get me started on the pointer finger. If you keep it up you might become a pro one day!
