The more you play something, are exposed to it, and the more of a culture that saturates you in it, the better you get. Compare that to NA, where you have some random kid in Montana trying to play over Skype with a guy in LA, and not really learning much in the process. Of course NA or EU or Oceanic or whatever aren't going to magically produce Korea-mashing teams. Not until they meet the devil at the crossroads.

It reminds me of back in 2003 when I took my son, just a boy of 13 years old at the time to the North Pole. There I made him 1v1 polar bears to prepare him for League of Legions. He took many a bruises, he had a close encounter with one particular polar bear over 8 feet tall who attempted to do some questionable things from the behind. My son would not stand for it. He turned around and kicked that 8 foot tall polar bear in the teeth sending the beast flying backwards over 200 yards. My son may be ridiculous at times... sometimes very offensive, but remember not everyone has the same childhood. I put my son through elo hell and back in real life to prepare him for challenjour, gg

I think that it works like this: Asians seem to get more intrested in one thing, and one thing only, than other people. Which means that when they find what they like, they go all in for it, and try to learn everything about just that. But when you ask them for something else outside their area, they are completly lost. I might be wrong on this one, but thats how I see it.
I'm a white guy who plays a lot of league. I started last June and sit comfortably at NA Bronze 2. Now, I know, that's basically the epitamy of sucking at the game. However, this is my first computer game I've ever played. It took several months (not kidding) to develop the motor skills to efficiently press buttons, and timing an stuff ya know. Anyways, its been a month or two since I've been able to press q whenever and as often as I wanted, and am starting to incorporate playstyles and work tips about certain matchups into my gameplay. Although I do agree other bronzies play a big role in me not reaching korean challenger (where I belong), there are a few areas of gameplay that i can't seem to master. I don't neccesarily need help, but would rather see if anyone is having the same problems. Dodging skillshots: This will never go away, I am pretty good at predicting simple skillshots like lux's kit, and do fine against thresh and blitz. However I'm not rain man in team fights, and for some reason diana's q is the bane of my existence. All ining: For whatever reason, when I play bot, I can't find a situation where all ining is ideal. In one game, I played against a sona and twitch ( I had ashe with a morg) and we had shopped, while they still had starter items. Noticing their obvious weakness, i notify morg im going to all in. I bought full dmg btw. So I dodge twitch's poison lob, and then all in with q. Before I know it, i've used every ability, twitch (my target) is at 40% health, morg missed her q, and Im dead. Any1 got any tips?
I guess I have asian-like habits with league, its either playing, watching, editing videos, reading guides, researching how champions scale....etc, but overall a majority of what I do is league related. lol
