Thanks. Really helps me to revise back what my doc told me in an illustrative and easy to remember method.
My aunt was suffering from this asthma before, now she is totally cured, with the help of herbal medicine, prepared by (Dr igwemba).
Thank you so much!!! Keep uploading these videos, I'm a visual learner and these videos are really helpful when it comes to revising for my finals exams.
There are a few components to treating asthma naturally. One place I found that succeeds in merging these is the Laken chest remedy (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 blueprint i've heard of. look at the amazing info .
It was a really nice video. I am Dr Kanchan from BIBO. I would like to say that lifestyle and diet changes play an equally important role in managing asthma. It is good to know what is triggering your asthma symptoms so that managing the condition becomes a little easy.
I love your approach of explanation...
Hey amazing video! Really helped a lot. Also, could you classify those 6 steps of drug therapy into mild, moderate and severe asthma treatment?
Excelente!! Muy bien explicado... saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱
neocromil= mast cell stabilizer -> dec histamine release
theophylline is competitive nonselective phosphodiesterase inhibitor which raises intracellular cAMP, activates PKA, inhibits TNF-alpha[10][11] and inhibits leukotriene[12] synthesis, and reduces inflammation and innate immunity[12]
nonselective adenosine receptor antagonist,[13] antagonizing A1, A2, and A3 receptors almost equally, which explains many of its cardiac effects
Theophylline has been shown to inhibit TGF-beta-mediated conversion of pulmonary fibroblasts into myofibroblasts in COPD and asthma via cAMP-PKA pathway and suppresses COL1 mRNA, which codes for the protein collagen.[14]
Amazing,thanks you for your explanation

Do you feel asthma in your throat or is it hard to detect aside from the fact that it’s difficult to breath?
I was looking for it's cause😭. I read that external allergens have no role in adult asthma/ late onset asthma/ non actopic asthma. Even -ve personal and family history and normal level of igE in serum then what is cause of this asthma????? Anyone ans please if u know

@Andrew Bouvier it’s I’ve tried them allll lol albuterol, steroid inhaler, salt inhaler, powder! I have acid reflux that causes breathing troubles. Usually if I take care of the reflux I don’t have the breathing problems

Oh man I am looking for anything, I get a multiple cold every year and they told me I have asthma, I use steroids but it seem to not help, I just changed my paleontologist so I will see. This is scary.
The most important point about asthma is not mouth breathing
When mouth breathing the lips are not pressed together and the airways not kept open automatically by a reflex.
For an explanation see "pnf breathing techniques perioral"
You got asthma?
@@MrT-py5gc Hi Manga, yes I did have it but keeping mouth closed and lips pressed together relaxed lung airways and cured me. Be aware of spray addiction.

I developed it as an adult myself. In fact, I'm having an attack right now that is not responding to any medication. I can't afford to go to the hospital. Not only is it scary, but at my age it makes me question my existence itself. How does this make sense - my body sabotaging itself.
@@johnqpublic2718 I get how you feel man. I'm in my 30s and out of nowhere experiencing these issues. It's a whole new world and very difficult to deal with especially since I was athletic most of my life. Have you had any blood work done? If the immune system is weaker that increases the risk of developing this later in life.
Like in the old tooth-worm notion lasting millenia that tooth caries was due to a worm the present asthma theory about treating asthma with medication is wrong and we have the asthma-paradox that more medication causes more asthma.
In other cultures mudras such as pressing a finger against the thumb (chin mudra) with the mouth shut are used to treat asthma by relaxing our lung airways.
Christian prayer with interlaced fingers is the ambuja mudra.

Asthma ba?

Very informative video. I was suffering from Asthma. I felt problem in breathing and felt suffocated. Then I consulted with Dr. of planet Ayurveda and they gae me some Ayurvedic medicines and I got well. Now I have no such problems anymore.
In Ayurveda, bronchial asthma is termed as ‘Tamak Swasa’. It is mainly caused by Vata and Kapha dosha. Swasa is classified into five types - Mahaswasa (Dyspnoea major), Urdhawaswasa (Expiratory dyspnoea), Chinna swasa (Chyne stroke respiration), Kshudra swasa (Dyspnoea minor), Tamaka swasa (Bronchial asthma)

There are several suggestions for treating asthma naturally
Kick Out the Mites.
Check Air Quality Reports.
Clear the Smoke.
(I discovered these and why they work from Laken Chest Remedy website )
Depends on what's causing the asthma, although clearing the smoke is obviously a good idea for anyone with any type of respiratory issue...and those who have no issues. Kicking out the mites may help, if the asthma is allergy related. To the checking air quality, I would add also checking humidity levels. I know my asthma tolerates humid air better than dry air, especially cool (but not cold) humid air. Give me 50-55 degrees with high humidity and calm winds, and my lungs are happy.
I blow low 350 and Im 43 5ft7. I exercise regularly and get a bit wheezy sometimes. Should I get referred to an asthma clinic?
Ya u show yourself to doctor ....
I dont have coughing. No one in my family has had asthma, I have wheezing when exhaling but its subtle, I will frequently wake up during a nap or right as im sleeping into sleep from wakefulness not breathing which has given me anxiety wanting to fall sleep. Im 22 and it developed suddenly a few months ago.

I'm having an attack right now that isn't responding to anything. It's so bad it honestly makes me question life itself. This isn't fair. I can feel the effects of lowered oxygen levels in my body. How does this make sense from an evolutionary standpoint other than natural selection should have removed me from the gene pool before I had children?
And yeah I’m having symptoms to I had symptoms like last Friday I was cleaning in bleach got on my open wound I have fever blisters and it got into that and it stoned and two or three days later when I went to the doctor with my grandmother when I woke up that morning everything was fine but I was stressing because she was stressing me out and just the fact I’m going to the doctor and as I got closer closer to the doctor I started getting really nauseated headaches and had a hard time breathing in I had bad chest pains and everything everything started to close up
I don’t fucking know what’s going on with me I always breathe fine I’m not even a big guy and this is crazy and on top of that I have Titus in my ear and it happened the same day that the bleach kill me I started getting ringing in my ear and I never had these problems it’s scary people I don’t have these problems they won’t understand I just need to talk to my primary doctor so I can resolve this and get back to breathing normal and my asthma I don’t believe I have one because I never had one on my whole entire life I have allergies and he said that’s the cause of it but I never had breathing problems I just need to talk to my primary doctor because she can figure out what’s going on with me
management????? why not help cure??????
its not curable, its just managed. doesn't mean its fatal. it can be if you have a severe exacerbation but if it is well controlled with a step wise approach hopefully this can be avoided

Has anyone else found that a strong cup of coffee helps relieve asthmatic symptoms?
I just read in a pharmacology textbook that they used to treat asthma with coffee! It's because it contains methylxanthines apparently?? :)
I haven't...but I usually only drink lattes and cappuccinos, not straight black coffee. It makes sense though, since caffeine is a stimulant, and it sounds like you're getting a pretty high dose. A high amount of caffeine probably will cause the airways to open a bit, although maybe for only a couple of hours or so.
I have asthma I feel ashamed 🥶,it is like disability, makes me cough hard🥺
