This was my wish for years I started with a Willow a few years ago and now I have a home arcade. My old place had no room for more than one machine. My whole life it's one of the only things I wanted I just never gave up on the dream. Now I have seven machines including a big blue.

My garage is packed full of games, my back living room has games, my front entrance hallway, my front living room, my porch, and the arcade room itself. You start with 2 games and then suddenly you realize you have a hoarding issue!
If you run out of room... you can always go UP! Build another level to your house that is just an open arcade room! Or... buy the house next door! Past these options are going to buy a building away from the house... basically like all the special visit sites you go to and buy games from the other guys. You've got the bug and things will only get more cramped. As much as I'd love to do this, I am satisfied with my Multicade MAME machine and Virtual Pinball machine to get my fill of the arcade experience without the size limitations! Love watching your series though as it brings back memories. You have a lot of the games I would like to have.
Hah, in November I put all of my games onto a Kasa Smart Powerstrip. I have the same setup on my phone. I also bought a few of their bulbs so I can change the lighting in the basement on the same app. Good stuff. Also, seeing SF2 done up in the original art like that has me rethinking what to do with the Dynamo HS-5. It just looks so classic.
August Lock for the win! Nice setup you have in the garage. I use the Kasa smart plugs for my Arcade1ups as well. I also have a routine setup with Alexa where I say.. "Turn on Arcade". They all fire up, the lights turn to pink and blue, which gives a purple hue to the room, and the other hue lights are dimmed down. Great vid!!
About 8 years ago when we moved into a smaller house, we added a new wing with a master bedroom and bath. It needed a 2nd air conditioner so I had the builders install one big enough to,also heat/cool the garage. Insulated the external walls and boom, I have my game/family room. Sadly I’m still running out of room :)
“Your gonna need a bigger boat” at some point. Maybe open an arcade? I didn’t intend to do that but my collection grew so much that my wife said… “why don’t you open a museum?” So I did.
Hey that looks GREAT and what a super collection. Because you have so many cabinets, maybe add some lights and some other video game related knick-knacks to give it a more arcade-y feel? I can relate to the work, on a smaller scale, as I own Space Gun and Twin Cobra (both currently neglected).
Colt, that's a great idea! I'm going to start weaving in some of that type of stuff soon. I have a lot of those types of things but nothing on display so I think that will totally help it have more of the arcade feel like you said! Thanks so much for watching!

I LOVE the idea of putting smart switches on the arcades! I currently have 14 arcades. I’m moving to a new house and putting the majority of the arcades in the family room/dining room area. The rest in the garage (some of the arcades are oversized). Surprisingly my husband (and yes, I’m the wife) is not much of a gamer, but I’m glad he’s giving me space in the house for my retro habits 🤘
Oh dude the old space issue man! I have the same problem. Love your arcade room in your house and garage! Damn, so jealous of the Roadblasters cab. That game was at my local Kwik Shop store a couple blocks from where I grew up. I played that game so much. Good video Ralph. I smashed the like. 👍🏻
Dude, YES! I love meeting another RoadBlasters fan, the game is so fun IMO. It's one that I played a lot as a kid and it always stuck with me. Thanks so much for watching my friend!

I’m in the same boat. Kinda. I had to get rid of a coffee table and couch in my living room to fit my latest games. No more room in the house for games, except I could maybe squeeze one in my bedroom 🤣. We are moving to a new place together with my fiancé in a few months and she already gave me permission to have a dedicated arcade space. She didn’t even say no to a dedicated building for them. Just no games in the living room or the bedroom haha.

We are moving to a new place together with my fiancé in a few months and she already gave me permission to have a dedicated arcade space. She didn’t even say no to a dedicated building for them. Just no games in the living room or the bedroom haha.
I love that your name is "Too Many Projects" I feel you on that one... haha. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment and watch! Much Appreciated!
Space is my biggest issue at the moment. I can fit 20 arcade and pinball games in my basement so if I get a new game an old game has to go.
"Build it, and they will come..."
We wouldn't mind taking some of those out or your hands!
looks good. If you need more space I have room for DK.
Hmmm 🤔😂. Thanks for watching bud!
Great idea putting total carnage in with the smash TV cabinet all your games have been great packs if you were to add one more to the garage I would suggest punch out .
Liking the evolution. I know it’s not gonna stop there.
You and me both 😂. It’s just preparation for owning and operating my own arcade. (Hopefully) 🙏🏼.
Bro, its time to get a Ralph Room of your own! Give your wife her parking spot and laundry room back!
😂😂. I already have an office and one of the bedrooms as a studio. Oh and the garage I guess now. 😬. My wife is a saint. 🙏🏼 Thanks for watching brother!
You can still fit more in that room.
looks pretty cool
Nice how you going to fit the Daytona USA in the future 😝
I dig the idea of putting total carnage with smash tv to switch between. Just makes sense. You ever think of raffling off a cab on your channel?
I have thought about that, it would be a very expensive giveaway (shipping) but I would love to do that at some point.
@@RetroRalph myself, i only have an iiRcade, but I'm thinking of getting more into building a mod or custom cab, so I've been diggin the channel man.
Awesome Ralph! Love the app! That's really dope Bro! paPOw!!!
Ah Yesss The neverending problem.
I've tried to convince my wife to let me park the Camaro in the Driveway so I can fit more arcades in the garage but she isn't going for it.. I'm going to keep trying though ha
Damn you have such a beautiful house and garage……and THEN you also got the games…. 👌🏽
Thanks bud, much appreciated! Also, thank you so much for watching!
That TOTAL CARNAGE tho.
Do you still have your storage locker with games ? Your turning into a real collector , welcome to the mayhem . Ha ha ha
The storage locker is a complete disaster right now, that's my next project. It's really really bad, I should show it on a video soon. It's boarderline embarrassing.
Next week, Ralph updates Master Bedroom feng shui with dual California Cruising USA.🤣🤣
I can help you free up some space Ralph! I can sure use that KI and T2!!
Hey now! LOL
I feel so bad for you Ralph you have like ZERO arcade games to play!! Lolol Jp Jp. The setup is awesome. Wish I had the room to have all them cabs!
Pro Tip: Broom the kids and you have WAY more room, time AND Money!!
LOL!
Awesome layout! Where are your arcade 1ups? Bedroom?
