Hi! There’s another way that doesn’t require any scaling!
In Adobe media encoder, enter your ratio. If it’s vertical AR click Scale to fill. I believe it’s the second option. That will allow you to get your ratio in a vertical format without scaling in on the timeline.

    Any solutions?

If you are also facing this problem , there's a fix below
Just after 1 minute of making this comment , i found a fix . You should see something called "Editing mode" on the absolute top of this sequence settings page . Just change it to custom and you should be good!

Plz reply. At the time of render i also try with match sequence setting option.

Hi, I need to make a 7680 x 1080 wide video out of two 3840 x 2160 timelines. How can I copy and paste the videos into a new wide format without changing the actual position and size of the copied 3840x 2160 videos (so, not sized to fit etc)? The two 3860x2160 videos are a combination of rotates, zoomed frames so want to keep this aspect of the copy. Thanks heaps for any help. Cheers Paul

Then change your sequence setting to 7680 x 1080
Afterwards scrub through your timeline because you may need to adjust some clips.
