Unbelievable! Never expected to see the hometown Boys on any reaction channel, much less my favorite. Yes, Stillwater is from my hometown, Warner Robins GA. Of course, they're legends around here and they had some fame in the late 70s. Mindbender was their biggest hit, reaching the top 40, but they have some pretty decent southern rock on their resume. Glad you liked it and thanks for listening.

    (Guitar Intro)
While browsing through a pawn shop
    I saw this old guitar
It's keys were bent and rusty
    It's body scratched and scarred
    Holy- Moses
Would you believe that guitar began to talk
    (I swear it did)
Now it's not like your thinkin
    I wasn't stoned or drinkin
When I heard that talkin guitar say
(Talk Box) My daddy was a Gibson
    My mama was a Fender
That's why they call me, Mindbender
    Mindbender, that's my name
    You better believe it
    It was a mind-bending thing
    (Guitar Lead)
    I said now listen Guitar
    What you tryin to do
    People will think I'm crazy
If they see me talkin to you
    He said
(Talk Box) "What's that you say"
I said you better hold your tongue
Now it's not like your thinkin
    I wasn't stoned or drinkin

I'd like to throw in few suggestions for future listen-to's:
Cinephile "What becomes of us." - Good for Female Friday as main lead is Susan Wallace. Labeled as trip hop, as most of their songs are really chill and psychedelic . (This one was used on a CSI episode)
Jessie Ware "Wildest Moments" - Sister to actress Hanna Ware, another good chill one for Female Friday.
Morcheeba "Otherwise" - Yet another one for Female Friday. Chill, and the music video is really cool.
One Republic "Counting Stars" - One Republic generally has really good songs, but this one is my favorite.
Chain Gang of 1974 "Sleepwalking" or "Forget" - Really great music is all I have to say about this one.

Hilarious!! You went from reacting to Almost Famous on your movie channel with the fictitious band Stillwater to the real deal on your music channel. 🤣😂🤣

Another classic. BTW: you want some excellent guitar, you need the live version of Fleetwood Mac's "Jumping at Shadows" from the Boston Tea Party concert. It's Peter Green's finest playing on record. And that is saying something.

Stillwater? Wasn't that the same name of the band from the movie almost famous?

“Life in Still Water” by Fates Warning. Thought of the song because of this band’s name.

I met a couple of the Fates Warning guys at a club in West Hartford, CT back in the late 80's. They were rude dicks.

You guys would love "My Own Fault" from the Johnny Winter And Live album. Best slow blues guitar ever. As opposed to "Mean Town Blues" from the same album, which is the best fast blues guitar ever.😂

I also have to remind you about Mr Big, you never played them again? I have a couple songs- "just take my heart" and "wild world" and a grunge rock song by Kiss- "Jungle" gene does a great bass riff. and I don't know if you've done Megadeth on here before? a couple songs- "symphony of destruction", "holy wars" btw singer/guitarist for Megadeth is Dave Mustaine and he was in the band Metallica. hope you get a chance to hear and do reactions for these songs. take care my friends!
