On top of it, many of us also travel during the holiday season to spend time with families and friends, so I am also curious to explore how the dynamic of travel comes into play. Thank you so much for the ideas on processing emotions. Sometimes I’m so ashamed of my feelings and emotions and thoughts that I can’t bare the idea of writing them down. I guess it makes them feel “real” and I would rather pretend they don’t exist.
Also, I just wanted to say, I visited the shop for the first time on Sunday and it was a very nice and memorable experience for me. Everyone was so kind and I can be an introvert at times. So, thank you 😊.
