I see a lot off change in ikorodu and I left Nigeria 20 years ago and my last visit to ikorodu was in year 2000 and I left Nigeria in 2002. But the problem of Nigeria government is that they construct gutter openly

Steve, thank you for taking this mind awareness tour. Your video is enriching for the kids over here. Making them connect with their roots, know that Nigeria is not as terrible as being painted by some coming here from Nigeria. We have friends and families in Bayeku, Igbogbo and its nice seeing their environment again. My late brother was buried in Igbogbo cemetery, and It is emotional watching this again. God bless you.

Now in Kogi State tho.., but can't forget those days I early 1996 when we used to live in Baiyeku and I schooled at hope and grace schools, Igbogbo. Those beautiful landscapes that beautified the road side, flower, may, Paul bus stop, lado inu, lado ita, LFI... and so on... Then the beautiful scenery of the lagoon opposite Marin school junction kills it all if it is still there...

Wow! So happy to see this video. The last time I visited Baiyeku was in 2022, and I can see the road condition has improved, used to be terribly bad😂. Unfortunately, most of the trees beautifying Bayeku road are gone😢

Watching from Ireland 🇮🇪 the place you're going to is called Bayeku. That's where the proposed 4th mainland bridge will land from Abraham Adesanya. That road in Igbogbo has been under construction since Ambode days. Ambode took over from Fashola, but the clown there now abandoned the project. The road is named after Bola Tinubu. Useless government.

I enjoyed watching this video bcos it shows the state of the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Rd. I wish Gov Sanwo-Olu can hasten the road construction. Living in Igbogbo whenever I visit Nigeria is pleasurable. Organic Food is cheap and readily available. Breeze from Lagos Lagoon makes the weather so cool 👌
I really wish to relocate there if not for the roads…

Good roads have been proven to generate more money for the people and in fact, the government. People will earn more and the government can collect more taxes. Why are governors and indeed the federal government so retrogressive? Very lazy set of leaders!
everyone is saying BAYEKU but you are saying BAYEKUN with a "N" that is why some people could not understand you but you kept repeating bayekun over and over again instead of learning pronunciation from the locals.
