Same. I tried Sky FC and couldn't get into it, but then saw CS1 on sale and decided to give the series another try. The soundtrack, combat and quality of life improvements completely won me over. And ofc I went back to Sky after beating CS1 and 2, ended up loving it as well. It just takes a while to get going, plus I prefer CS's soundtrack style so I don't like it as much as CS (which some people find blasphemy but eh whatever lol). Now I'm eagerly awaiting for the Crossbell duology to be released

I feel like Laura has the power and the discipline to keep up the pounding beat on the drums. I’m just unsure who would be the lead guitarist.

I don't know why, but I'll always associate this music with Fie's S-Craft. Maybe because I heard it playing so often when I was using her to cheese those monster-chests. So to me, this will always be Fie's theme.

@@JRPGforlife I got lucky and found an exploit in this battle. If two of your teammates fall in battle in front of him, he won't be able to move out of the way and you can use another character to attack him over and over. (It was weird, he got stuck on the western side of the map near the hills and he was also facing west.) He'll waste his turns. I kept attacking him until I was able to get his health low enough to revive my other party members and then finished him off with a regular attack.
So im dumb actaully started with trails of Zero then cold steel and now im going back to trails of sky......yeah all im gonna say is i hope skys music picks up. Side note. When Elliot uses his S-craft i refuse to believe hes not playing this. This is my head canon XD
Sky has my favirote track from Falcom near to the end though only the SC version is my favirote. If you are not already liking the music you won't besides a few tracks probably

The music is good its just that after the hype i always felt going into standard battles knowing i hear the likes of "get over the barrier" and "glint of cold steel" i guess skys battle music being so much more tame and casual gave me a bit of whiplash
playing ao no kiseki now, man they spoil a lot of Cold Steel II. I am glad I played Cold Steel II before, but you should actually play both games simultaneously :P

Anyway, the fan translation sucks and it doesn't read very nice. PeTiote? Milady? I prefer "Tio Tot" and "mademois-elie" all the way XD

I honestly don't mind if Falcom decides to reuse old themes instead of creating new compositions. Some just never gets old.
