Government ICT company, SITA, looking to forge new partnerships

Government ICT company SITA says its actively looking to forge partnerships to better ensure that its able to provide government departments with optimal ICT services.
Established in 1999, SITA was supposed to provide the government sector with cost-effective, relevant IT solutions to ensure the efficient running of government electronic processes.
But due challenges around the cost of its offering and its speed, government departments have often gone to the private sector instead.
SITA's new CEO, Bongani Mabaso, says he's working on fulfilling the potential of the organization.
