6. God is love(1 John 4:8,16) and he wants all men everywhere to repent and accept everlasting life with him(2 Peter 3:9) . With Salvation the Lord offers everyone his mercy(Psalms 86:5) if they only love him and keep his commandments( Exodus 20:6; Deut 5:10; Deut 7:9,12; 1 Chron 17:13; 2 Chron 6:14; Psalm 86:5; Proverbs 28:13; Isaiah 55:7; Luke 1:50; Galatians 6:16). The Mercy of the Lord is freely given, for he is rich in mercy(Ephesians 2:4-5) that he wants to give us. We are told time and time again that mercy is given to those who seek it(Prov 28:13; 1 Cor 7:25; 2 Cor 4:1; 1 Tim 1:13-16; Hebrews 4:16; 1 Peter 2:10) to those who accept the Lord and to those who keep his commandments showing their love for him(Mt 5:7; Mt 6:14; Mt 9:13; Lk 6:36; Heb 4:16; James 2:13; Titus 3:5). It is clear God greatly desires that all men should lay hold to the mercy he offers, that the mercy given/shown may rejoice against Judgement, for we receive mercy through Christ that the condemnation we deserve for our sins is blotted out by God’s Love, grace, and the Blood of Christ. If we follow God’s commands(out of faith) then that mercy will overcome and rejoice against the judgement removed from us by Christ’s love, sacrifice and advocacy for us in heaven(James 2:13). Through this knowledge we find that the mercy that he offers must be accepted to be obtained , knowing this then it stands that if a person refuse the Lord then he also refuse the mercy of the Lord freely offered and the judgement shown those who refuse him will then be without mercy as the merciful receive mercy(Matt 5:7) but those who show no mercy receive no mercy(James 2:13) . The Lord has thus spoken that to whom he wills, he will have mercy and to whom he will have compassion he will have compassion(Rom 9:15-18; Exodus 33:19; Matt 5:7-James 2:13).

Although the forever argument of revelation is something. But, I think the bigger argument is the fact that the lake of fire is divinely interpreted as being the 2nd death as in dying a second time. Vision vs interpretation.
We cannot go along researching things excerpt it is out of revelation by the Holy Spirit. Although I will assume you held your thoughts captive before going into this. Perhaps you have a spirit of discerning; in either case I shall circle this information and ask thw source what He meant. Tim LaHaye's church was the second church I ever went to if you count being invited to Sunday school at LDS at 8. At 14 or 15, i asked my sister to take me to church which happened to be LaHaye's church. This was long before he co-authored the series of books. I've been to just about every Christian denomination since. My heart found some things fundamentally wrong in each of them. I was raised by Catholic parents, but I was the only one of 7 kids not baptized and the only one to not go to church as a child. I went to catechism as an adult. They did not make it secret that they changed Sabbath to Sunday. It disturbed me that they indoctrinate those too young to understand. That was the beginning of the journey through the gamut of the rest of the Christian churches🤷

The criminal on the cross did show his faith by his works: *Repentance,* renouncing his own sinful behavior. *Righteousness,* rebuking his fellow blasphemer. *Recognition,* responding to Messiah as king. So he will receive *resurrection* on the last day. Matt 26.38-44: Then two robbers were crucified with Him, one on the right and another on the left. And those who passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads and saying, “You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.” Likewise the chief priests also, mocking with the scribes and elders, said, “He saved others; Himself He cannot save. If He is the King of Yisrael, let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe Him. “He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him now if He will have Him; for He said, ‘I am the Son of God.’ ” Even the robbers who were crucified with Him reviled Him with the same thing. Luke 23.39-43: Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Messiah, save Yourself and us.” But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Yeshua, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Yeshua said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you today, you will be with Me in Paradise.”
Does the Lord speak things that are without meaning or that are without purpose? Any true child of God will answer faithfully that the Lord Speaks all things with purpose, and that purpose is made clear through comparing scripture with Scripture letting the word of God Interpret the word of God(1 Cor 2:13, 2 Tim 2:15) doing so by the Spirit of God(1 Cor 2:10-13) . That we must live by every word spoken by the Lord(Mt 4:4) considering each piece no matter how small or seemingly inconsequential knowing that the Lord spoke each word for a reason. As a First Point we need examine the difference between the Lake of Fire and Hell, there is some confusion amongst Christians these days who mistakenly believe that they are one and the same place. This matter can quickly be cleared up by looking at the greek definition of Hell and a couple verses from the bible The First use of Hell we will look at is the one that causes the most confusion and that word is Gehenna(strongs 1067) this word has possibly three different meanings(depending on which version of the Strongs you are using) and they are:” Gehenna, and originally the name of a valley or cavity near Jerusalem, a place underneath the earth, a place of punishment for evil. Of Hebrew origin (gay' and Hinnom); valley of (the son of) Hinnom; ge-henna (or Ge-Hinnom), a valley of Jerusalem, used (figuratively) as a name for the place (or state) of everlasting punishment -- hell. “ So looking at the definition of the word we find that it can mean: A place underneath the earth, a place that was once outside of Jerusalem, or the final place of torment. In the NT we only ever see it used as the Last definition which is the Final place of torment or in other words the Lake of fire. The second use of Hell we see in Scripture(NT) is Hades(Strongs 86) which refers to the Grave/Abode in Hell the definition is: “grave, hell. From a (as negative particle) and eido; properly, unseen, i.e. "Hades" or the place (state) of departed souls -- grave, hell.” When hades is used in each instance we find that it is never a place of torment but rather the Abode of those who have died in the grave/the lower parts of the earth(Luke 16:23; Acts 2:27) . Now the easiest way to show the division between the final place of Torment and Hell is to quote Scripture(Revelation 20:14), death and hell are both cast INTO the lake of Fire showing clearly that they are two seperate places and not one and the same place. Here are some other Greek and Hebrews words used in the Bible whose definitions and usage shows that Hell is the Grave/the Abode of Departed Souls and Not the final place of Torment:Sheol 7585, Tartaro 5020, Paradeisos 3857, Shachath 7845 . The next question we will answer is where is Hell located and where is the Lake of fire. Hell is said to be the grave or pit into which those who are dead go(Acts 2:27; Psalm 16:10) and exists for an abode of the Dead until judgment when they will be given up(Daniel 12:1-2). Looking at the Lake of fire we are never told it’s exact location, what we are told is that it was prepared or set up for the Angels and Lucifer(Matt 25:41) that it exists while this heavens and earth still stand(Revelation 19:20) and that it will exist after the Lord’s return with fire(Revelation 20:9-10) . Outside of that it does not state when exactly it was made or where exactly it is in relation to earth except that it can be viewed from the New heavens and New Earth(Isaiah 66:22-24) 2. The next Point that needs to be looked at, is actually three separate events all occurring at almost the same time. First In scripture we find the Lord saying that he will return with fire(Isaiah 2:19-21; Isaiah 13:13; Isaiah 26:21; Isaiah 66:15-17; Hosea 10:8; Joel 2:10-11,31; Micah 1:3-4; Zephaniah 1:2-3,18; Zeph 2:2; Zeph 3:8; Haggai 2:6-7; Malachi 4:1; Matthew 24:29-31; 1 Thess 4:16; 2 Thess 1:7-9; 2 Peter 3:10-11; Revelation 6:12-17; Revelation 20:9) that he will pour it down upon the wicked(Revelation 20:9) dissolve them and wipe them off the face of this earth(Ps 21:9-10; Psalm 37:9-11,20,22,28-29,34-36,38; Revelation 20:9) leaving nothing behind on this earth(Psalm 37:10) . Second we see the Lord opening up the books to judge all men who now stand before the throne(2 Cor 5:10; Matt 12:36-37; matt 25:31-32; Romans 14:10,12; Revelation 20:12-13). Third we see these men being cast into the Lake of fire once they are not found in the book of life(Matt 3:10, 7:19, 18:8-9; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 3:9; John 15:6; Revelation 14:9-11; Revelation 20:10-15) the beast and the False prophet are already there suffering torment(Revelation 19:20). When we look at these events one after the other we notice a key difference between the first and third event. That difference is the fire in the first event comes down upon the wicked while they are upon this earth(Revelation 20:9) but in the third we see the wicked being CAST INTO the fire(Revelation 20:10-15) rather than the fire coming down to them. A key dividing point between the first and third event is that we only see the books being opened and all men being judged and sentenced AFTER fire has already consumed the earth(Revelation 20:11) .What does this mean then? This shows that there are different purposes for each devouring flame: The Purpose of the first flame is to destroy this heavens and earth, along with all flesh The Purpose of the Last flame is to torment the wicked in the place of final punishment 3. Now how long is this final punishment going to last? And what does it entail? These are the next questions that need to be answered. We are told that the final punishment for the wicked will be everlasting(Matt 25:46) that it will not end by the command of the Lord . This punishment is said to be in an everlasting fire(Matt 25:41) a fire which the Lord has said will never be put out or extinguished(Mark 9:43-48). This final punishment is said to torment the wicked so greatly that they will be in constant anguish and misery(Matt 8:12; Matt 13:42-50; Matt 24:51; Matt 25:30;Luke 13:26-28) this torment is also said to be forever and ever(Revelation 20:10, 14:10-11). This torment in the Lake of fire is said to be an everlasting destruction(2 Thess 1:9) the destruction is said to be a prolonged form(3639 oltheros-From a primary ollumi (to destroy; a prolonged form); ruin, i.e. Death, punishment -- destruction) and fits in with the description of eternal torment in the Lake of fire as they are constantly being destroyed/consumed by fire but never having any rest(Revelation 20:10). An additional aspect to consider: Everlasting fire mentioned in Scirpture. Jude 1:7 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire Matt 25:41 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: On the surface these two passages seem to speak of the same fire, but there is a difference between the two. Which is, simply put, aiónios has two definitions depending on if it is beng used past or future tense Greek 166. aiónios eternal, forever, everlasting. From aion; perpetual (also used of past time, or past and future as well) -- eternal, for ever, everlasting, world (began). The eternal fire (Greek 166) talked about in Jude is referring to a time already past, since the age in which Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire has long since gone. Matt 25:41is referring to the Future everlasting fire(eternal, for ever, everlasting). We know it is talking about this future fire since it says it takes place after Christ destroys the Heavens and Earth with fire. Another distinction between the two fires is that the flame that went down to sodom and gomorrah was never foretold to stand forever without being put out, but the fire prepared for the future punishment of the wicked is said to never be quenched(Mark 9:48) and the torment in flames of the wicked is said to never cease(Revelation 20:10; Revelation 14:10-11). So it can clearly be seen that the fire that the wicked are cast into at the end will never cease to burn, but the fire of Sodom and Gomorrah did indeed burn out. God’s purpose for each fire was and is different, because the punishment the fire is being used for in each instance is different, and because he tells us that the Fire of eternal torment is meant to exist in perpetuity but the fires cast down to sodom and gommorah were never commanded to or supposed to last in perpetuity.

I understand now about the purgatory stage. I had a dream when I was young I was on fire. My whole body. I looked at my hand it was burning. So basically it was a sign that I was going through purgatory stage right.
I don't know if its possible to sit and watch for over 2 hours on a topic that really doesn't require more than 20-30 minutes coverage. At what point does a person drift off … or repeat themselves consistently?
The simple misplacement of a comma changes Christ statement to the thief crucified along side him - "I say to you this day, you will be with me in paradise". As opposed to "I say to you, this day you will be with me in paradise'.. The comma was in the wrong place.
Perishing and being in eternal flames forever or turned to ash are the same. When it comes to one's salvation, there's no need for a fine tooth comb. You are either with the Lord forever, or lost forever. The emphasis should be on what one does with the atoning blood of Jesus and obedience to His every Word.
Also when people have near death experiences they're unconscious or in a state of sleep similar to when we sleep at night so would also be dreaming. When we "die" it is said our brain releases the same chemical when we are dreaming.
Hey Attila. I have a question...In the film you mentioned that you don't believe it's possible for individuals to visit heaven or hell during a near death experience (NDE). Well, what do you make of 2 Corinthians 12:2-5, where Paul makes mention of a man who was, "caught up to the third heaven." Now, I know scripture doesn't emphatically state whether or not this man's visitation to heaven was the result of a NDE, but based on what's written, I don't think a NDE can be completely ruled out. Verses 3-4 says, "And I know a man--whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows--was caught up to paradise. He heard inexpressible things, things that man is not permitted to tell." (NIV)...Paul isn't even sure this man was in his body during his visitation. Sounds like the man could have had a NDE to me. What do you think?
But Bible also said that when Christ shall come,waters shall give back what he swallowed, and HELL shall give back those that are in it. So what does that mean?

That is the problem with the belief/doctrine of going immediately to heaven. It is a lie. If you choose to believe in a lie, than you are not following Jesus, who is the truth. Satan is not dumb. BibleFarm Jordans Banks I believe we (those who are saved, born again believers in Jesus Christ) are immediately in His presence or at least immediately conscious of our death and on our way to God and Heaven. Let me explain why this makes sense to me. The Bible describes death as sleep. What happens when we fall asleep? Time virtually ceases to exist and we wake up 8 hours later but to us it seems like a snap of the fingers. So death is the same. When we die time no longer exists to us but it does to people still alive. Therefore when we die we immediately awake to our fate, and praise God for Jesus Christ for dying for our sins, because I believe we will be immediately in the presence of God as time has also passed.
Nick, when you put it like that, I can agree. When we die/sleep in Christ, our very next conscious thought will be of Jesus and we will be with Jesus. If this is what he was saying,I do agree. Thank you for that clarification.

I would like to know how you know that those who go to heaven will know each other or even be looking for people they knew or how or where it says that we know anything ? Because i been told all my life that once you die or go with christ that you will love everybody an everything the same and will NOT know anyone from your life on earth so please enlighten me on how you know or come to the conclusion we WILL know who people are or that we will be asking questions? me too. I was a catholic, then became christian and the only one in the family. Then I thought to myself, if someone like Attila who's very biblically literate is not able to convert his own family, then how am I going to convert mine?
@@Bdangzki I was brought up as a christian and I struggled so much with my faith when I started indulging in the things of the earth and I asked myself why! I realized that we were blind christians doing false things, but speaking of the bible without reading it or factual checking. I am teaching my family now of the truth and we get in to many arguments, because fear is sometimes bigger than love. Keep spreading the word of God and love Him with all your heart, be kind and keep away from sin. Sometimes you do not have to say anything for a life to be saved. When people see the light in you they will hunger for the same happiness. You have already planted the seed of God and most importantly Yeshua (Jesus) in your house. Our Heavenly Father will never leave your side. Put on your armor of the Holy Spirit. Everyone has their own path and you do not see their thoughts or the spiritual struggle someone has. Just believe and keep your eyes on our Heavenly Father.

Read 2 Corinthians 5:1-10 Verse 8 is the one in which you speak of. It is the one that is often misquoted or interpreted completely out of context. In these passages, Paul is speaking about what our goal is (or should be), which is to be with Christ. We "groan" as long as we are in our earthly bodies, and we long for the time when we will finally be present with the Lord. He does not say upon our death we are immediately present with God, but that that should be our endgame, what we live for while awaiting His return.

Hey Italia, you did justice to this video but with regards to your question that nobody has actually experienced death and came back to life, I bet to disagree. I have seen men who had actually died, taken to the mug (mortuary) for a few days, and were brought back to life with prayers by powerful men of God. What do you have to say to that? What about men who have actually seen heaven and hell either in a dream or an open vision. there are numerous cases to this with a full description of what it is like. How do you give accounts for such people?
What about the new Earth? Some believe its a whole new creation, some believe its just a new way of living on this earth. And who are the "meek" that will inherit the earth. Are we meant to live on earth or in heaven?

I have a question ❓ As we have all seen the thoughts and endeavors to attempt colonizing mars and thoughts of setting up ways to tera form it to be habitable by humans, is that kind of a tower 🗼 of babble, So to speak? Our all knowing GOD surely is aware and must have thoughts in regards to this. Is it over stepping or is it being an attempt to be fruitful and multiply. 6. God is love(1 John 4:8,16) and he wants all men everywhere to repent and accept everlasting life with him(2 Peter 3:9) . With Salvation the Lord offers everyone his mercy(Psalms 86:5) if they only love him and keep his commandments( Exodus 20:6; Deut 5:10; Deut 7:9,12; 1 Chron 17:13; 2 Chron 6:14; Psalm 86:5; Proverbs 28:13; Isaiah 55:7; Luke 1:50; Galatians 6:16). The Mercy of the Lord is freely given, for he is rich in mercy(Ephesians 2:4-5) that he wants to give us. We are told time and time again that mercy is given to those who seek it(Prov 28:13; 1 Cor 7:25; 2 Cor 4:1; 1 Tim 1:13-16; Hebrews 4:16; 1 Peter 2:10) to those who accept the Lord and to those who keep his commandments showing their love for him(Mt 5:7; Mt 6:14; Mt 9:13; Lk 6:36; Heb 4:16; James 2:13; Titus 3:5). It is clear God greatly desires that all men should lay hold to the mercy he offers, that the mercy given/shown may rejoice against Judgement, for we receive mercy through Christ that the condemnation we deserve for our sins is blotted out by God’s Love, grace, and the Blood of Christ. If we follow God’s commands(out of faith) then that mercy will overcome and rejoice against the judgement removed from us by Christ’s love, sacrifice and advocacy for us in heaven(James 2:13).
Through this knowledge we find that the mercy that he offers must be accepted to be obtained , knowing this then it stands that if a person refuse the Lord then he also refuse the mercy of the Lord freely offered and the judgement shown those who refuse him will then be without mercy as the merciful receive mercy(Matt 5:7) but those who show no mercy receive no mercy(James 2:13) . The Lord has thus spoken that to whom he wills, he will have mercy and to whom he will have compassion he will have compassion(Rom 9:15-18; Exodus 33:19; Matt 5:7-James 2:13).

Tim LaHaye's church was the second church I ever went to if you count being invited to Sunday school at LDS at 8. At 14 or 15, i asked my sister to take me to church which happened to be LaHaye's church. This was long before he co-authored the series of books. I've been to just about every Christian denomination since. My heart found some things fundamentally wrong in each of them. I was raised by Catholic parents, but I was the only one of 7 kids not baptized and the only one to not go to church as a child. I went to catechism as an adult. They did not make it secret that they changed Sabbath to Sunday. It disturbed me that they indoctrinate those too young to understand. That was the beginning of the journey through the gamut of the rest of the Christian churches🤷

Does the Lord speak things that are without meaning or that are without purpose?
Any true child of God will answer faithfully that the Lord Speaks all things with purpose, and that purpose is made clear through comparing scripture with Scripture letting the word of God Interpret the word of God(1 Cor 2:13, 2 Tim 2:15) doing so by the Spirit of God(1 Cor 2:10-13) . That we must live by every word spoken by the Lord(Mt 4:4) considering each piece no matter how small or seemingly inconsequential knowing that the Lord spoke each word for a reason.
As a First Point we need examine the difference between the Lake of Fire and Hell, there is some confusion amongst Christians these days who mistakenly believe that they are one and the same place. This matter can quickly be cleared up by looking at the greek definition of Hell and a couple verses from the bible
The First use of Hell we will look at is the one that causes the most confusion and that word is Gehenna(strongs 1067) this word has possibly three different meanings(depending on which version of the Strongs you are using) and they are:” Gehenna, and originally the name of a valley or cavity near Jerusalem, a place underneath the earth, a place of punishment for evil. Of Hebrew origin (gay' and Hinnom); valley of (the son of) Hinnom; ge-henna (or Ge-Hinnom), a valley of Jerusalem, used (figuratively) as a name for the place (or state) of everlasting punishment -- hell. “ So looking at the definition of the word we find that it can mean: A place underneath the earth, a place that was once outside of Jerusalem, or the final place of torment. In the NT we only ever see it used as the Last definition which is the Final place of torment or in other words the Lake of fire.
The second use of Hell we see in Scripture(NT) is Hades(Strongs 86) which refers to the Grave/Abode in Hell the definition is: “grave, hell. From a (as negative particle) and eido; properly, unseen, i.e. "Hades" or the place (state) of departed souls -- grave, hell.” When hades is used in each instance we find that it is never a place of torment but rather the Abode of those who have died in the grave/the lower parts of the earth(Luke 16:23; Acts 2:27) .
Now the easiest way to show the division between the final place of Torment and Hell is to quote Scripture(Revelation 20:14), death and hell are both cast INTO the lake of Fire showing clearly that they are two seperate places and not one and the same place. Here are some other Greek and Hebrews words used in the Bible whose definitions and usage shows that Hell is the Grave/the Abode of Departed Souls and Not the final place of Torment:Sheol 7585, Tartaro 5020, Paradeisos 3857, Shachath 7845 .
The next question we will answer is where is Hell located and where is the Lake of fire. Hell is said to be the grave or pit into which those who are dead go(Acts 2:27; Psalm 16:10) and exists for an abode of the Dead until judgment when they will be given up(Daniel 12:1-2). Looking at the Lake of fire we are never told it’s exact location, what we are told is that it was prepared or set up for the Angels and Lucifer(Matt 25:41) that it exists while this heavens and earth still stand(Revelation 19:20) and that it will exist after the Lord’s return with fire(Revelation 20:9-10) . Outside of that it does not state when exactly it was made or where exactly it is in relation to earth except that it can be viewed from the New heavens and New Earth(Isaiah 66:22-24)
2. The next Point that needs to be looked at, is actually three separate events all occurring at almost the same time. First In scripture we find the Lord saying that he will return with fire(Isaiah 2:19-21; Isaiah 13:13; Isaiah 26:21; Isaiah 66:15-17; Hosea 10:8; Joel 2:10-11,31; Micah 1:3-4; Zephaniah 1:2-3,18; Zeph 2:2; Zeph 3:8; Haggai 2:6-7; Malachi 4:1; Matthew 24:29-31; 1 Thess 4:16; 2 Thess 1:7-9; 2 Peter 3:10-11; Revelation 6:12-17; Revelation 20:9) that he will pour it down upon the wicked(Revelation 20:9) dissolve them and wipe them off the face of this earth(Ps 21:9-10; Psalm 37:9-11,20,22,28-29,34-36,38; Revelation 20:9) leaving nothing behind on this earth(Psalm 37:10) . Second we see the Lord opening up the books to judge all men who now stand before the throne(2 Cor 5:10; Matt 12:36-37; matt 25:31-32; Romans 14:10,12; Revelation 20:12-13). Third we see these men being cast into the Lake of fire once they are not found in the book of life(Matt 3:10, 7:19, 18:8-9; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 3:9; John 15:6; Revelation 14:9-11; Revelation 20:10-15) the beast and the False prophet are already there suffering torment(Revelation 19:20). When we look at these events one after the other we notice a key difference between the first and third event. That difference is the fire in the first event comes down upon the wicked while they are upon this earth(Revelation 20:9) but in the third we see the wicked being CAST INTO the fire(Revelation 20:10-15) rather than the fire coming down to them. A key dividing point between the first and third event is that we only see the books being opened and all men being judged and sentenced AFTER fire has already consumed the earth(Revelation 20:11) .What does this mean then? This shows that there are different purposes for each devouring flame:
The Purpose of the first flame is to destroy this heavens and earth, along with all flesh
The Purpose of the Last flame is to torment the wicked in the place of final punishment
3. Now how long is this final punishment going to last? And what does it entail? These are the next questions that need to be answered. We are told that the final punishment for the wicked will be everlasting(Matt 25:46) that it will not end by the command of the Lord . This punishment is said to be in an everlasting fire(Matt 25:41) a fire which the Lord has said will never be put out or extinguished(Mark 9:43-48). This final punishment is said to torment the wicked so greatly that they will be in constant anguish and misery(Matt 8:12; Matt 13:42-50; Matt 24:51; Matt 25:30;Luke 13:26-28) this torment is also said to be forever and ever(Revelation 20:10, 14:10-11). This torment in the Lake of fire is said to be an everlasting destruction(2 Thess 1:9) the destruction is said to be a prolonged form(3639 oltheros-From a primary ollumi (to destroy; a prolonged form); ruin, i.e. Death, punishment -- destruction) and fits in with the description of eternal torment in the Lake of fire as they are constantly being destroyed/consumed by fire but never having any rest(Revelation 20:10).
An additional aspect to consider:
Everlasting fire mentioned in Scirpture.
Jude 1:7
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the
vengeance of eternal fire
Matt 25:41
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
On the surface these two passages seem to speak of the same fire, but there is a difference between the two. Which is, simply put, aiónios has two definitions depending on if it is beng used past or future tense
Greek 166. aiónios
eternal, forever, everlasting.
From aion; perpetual (also used of past time, or past and future as well) -- eternal, for ever, everlasting, world (began).
The eternal fire (Greek 166) talked about in Jude is referring to a time already past, since the age in which Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire has long since gone.
Matt 25:41is referring to the Future everlasting fire(eternal, for ever, everlasting). We know it is talking about this future fire since it says it takes place after Christ destroys the Heavens and Earth with fire.
Another distinction between the two fires is that the flame that went down to sodom and gomorrah was never foretold to stand forever without being put out, but the fire prepared for the future punishment of the wicked is said to never be quenched(Mark 9:48) and the torment in flames of the wicked is said to never cease(Revelation 20:10; Revelation 14:10-11). So it can clearly be seen that the fire that the wicked are cast into at the end will never cease to burn, but the fire of Sodom and Gomorrah did indeed burn out.
God’s purpose for each fire was and is different, because the punishment the fire is being used for in each instance is different, and because he tells us that the Fire of eternal torment is meant to exist in perpetuity but the fires cast down to sodom and gommorah were never commanded to or supposed to last in perpetuity.

The simple misplacement of a comma changes Christ statement to the thief crucified along side him - "I say to you this day, you will be with me in paradise". As opposed to "I say to you, this day you will be with me in paradise'.. The comma was in the wrong place.

Perishing and being in eternal flames forever or turned to ash are the same. When it comes to one's salvation, there's no need for a fine tooth comb. You are either with the Lord forever, or lost forever. The emphasis should be on what one does with the atoning blood of Jesus and obedience to His every Word.
Also when people have near death experiences they're unconscious or in a state of sleep similar to when we sleep at night so would also be dreaming. When we "die" it is said our brain releases the same chemical when we are dreaming.
Hey Attila. I have a question...In the film you mentioned that you don't believe it's possible for individuals to visit heaven or hell during a near death experience (NDE). Well, what do you make of 2 Corinthians 12:2-5, where Paul makes mention of a man who was, "caught up to the third heaven." Now, I know scripture doesn't emphatically state whether or not this man's visitation to heaven was the result of a NDE, but based on what's written, I don't think a NDE can be completely ruled out. Verses 3-4 says, "And I know a man--whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows--was caught up to paradise. He heard inexpressible things, things that man is not permitted to tell." (NIV)...Paul isn't even sure this man was in his body during his visitation. Sounds like the man could have had a NDE to me. What do you think?

The Bible describes death as sleep. What happens when we fall asleep? Time virtually ceases to exist and we wake up 8 hours later but to us it seems like a snap of the fingers. So death is the same. When we die time no longer exists to us but it does to people still alive. I would like to know how you know that those who go to heaven will know each other or even be looking for people they knew or how or where it says that we know anything ? Because i been told all my life that once you die or go with christ that you will love everybody an everything the same and will NOT know anyone from your life on earth so please enlighten me on how you know or come to the conclusion we WILL know who people are or that we will be asking questions? Last but not least i'd like your input on cremation is it ok or not? Will it stop a person from going to heaven or anything like that ? me too. I was a catholic, then became christian and the only one in the family. Then I thought to myself, if someone like Attila who's very biblically literate is not able to convert his own family, then how am I going to convert mine?
@@Bdangzki I was brought up as a christian and I struggled so much with my faith when I started indulging in the things of the earth and I asked myself why! I realized that we were blind christians doing false things, but speaking of the bible without reading it or factual checking. I am teaching my family now of the truth and we get in to many arguments, because fear is sometimes bigger than love. Keep spreading the word of God and love Him with all your heart, be kind and keep away from sin. Sometimes you do not have to say anything for a life to be saved. When people see the light in you they will hunger for the same happiness. You have already planted the seed of God and most importantly Yeshua (Jesus) in your house. Our Heavenly Father will never leave your side. Put on your armor of the Holy Spirit. Everyone has their own path and you do not see their thoughts or the spiritual struggle someone has. Just believe and keep your eyes on our Heavenly Father.

My kids are all grown and have a mind of their own, it's hard to get the message across in a time where people believe in "let other people be happy", you do you, do what makes you happy...I will do my best, I myself am still a work in progress.
@@Bdangzki I myselfs still have struggles. My flesh and spirit are in constant battle and I feel so tired, I know my spirit needs feeding, my body is just so tired and I don't even know why. I can tell you that it's not easy, but it gets easier the more you do it. Once you get on the right path you might not even have temtations to sin anymore. The devil wants easy targets, but do not be frightened for your children. Pray and believe, love your children and still speak the truth out of love. Verse 8 is the one in which you speak of. It is the one that is often misquoted or interpreted completely out of context. In these passages, Paul is speaking about what our goal is (or should be), which is to be with Christ. We "groan" as long as we are in our earthly bodies, and we long for the time when we will finally be present with the Lord. He does not say upon our death we are immediately present with God, but that that should be our endgame, what we live for while awaiting His return.

I have seen men who had actually died, taken to the mug (mortuary) for a few days, and were brought back to life with prayers by powerful men of God. What do you have to say to that? What about men who have actually seen heaven and hell either in a dream or an open vision. there are numerous cases to this with a full description of what it is like. How do you give accounts for such people?
