Do the pre phase for a few weeks more until you can do the whole routine a week straight and it feels good and you gotta start to move up on weight then you're ready to move up to the 1st phase. Remember the pre phase is to build a foundation and if you don't have a good one then keep doing it until you have that "aha" moment. Make sure your macros are good. Don't eat any junk, eat whole foods and get a good protein intake and water.
I am about to buy MAPs anabolic and just got a membership at planet fitness. They have a smith machine and no squat rack. They do have an adjustable bench and barbells and dumbbells. Can I make this work?
@@LordMuzhy so far it’s great , except for squat rack. 25 dollars, red light therapy, massage chairs, space. Close to home and another one close to office.
I’m working MAPS Anabolic at home and don’t have a barbell. I use mostly dumbbells but occasionally use my cable machine and Smith bar. The modifications work for me, but I am 62 year old woman. I can see needing the barbell and heavier weights for a man.
Can I split each day in half ? I’m pretty much done after squating and deadlift. And it’s just the pre-phase

We'd recommend finding a new gym😬
@@MindPumpClips Ok. Slim pickings near by. I did buy anabolic and I see there are dumbbell mods I can do. Will start with those.
@@aristac9257 yeah planet fitness is terrible 😅
