    I just got to this point (Performance phase 2) and despite feeling pretty good in phase 1 I’m getting my butt kicked. I haven’t got anything near the work capacity to do all those reps even with light or no weight. Humbling to say the least but planning on staying in this phase until I can at least complete the workouts.

    Currently in phase 2 of anabolic (and loving the entire program). Can’t wait to do performance next!

      I’m on performance right now, this exact phase. It’s A LOT of lunges, but they are correct. The amount of reps helps you not overload with wright

    I know this is an old video, but the volune jump from phase 1 of performance to phase 2 (especiallu following anabolic) is obscene

    on the exercise
    Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlift, you wrote 4x15-20, I was wondering, if I had to do 4 sets per legs or 2 sets per legs, for a total of 4 sets ?

    Hello!
    Wanted to clarify: for the rotational lunges - is forward and back = 1 rep? So one “pendulum” motion (with a stop in the middle) for 10-15 reps for one side?

    Can you add in bench press for later phases on mobility days as I don’t notice chest excercises on later stages

    I thought the reps seemed high for the power phase. I’m not there yet, but I thought explosive movements should be kept to lower reps?

      power/explosive phase is the phase after this one

      anabolic seems to be the base… run that a few times… then depending on your goals , choose accordingly
