Philippine Airlines Business Class - Domestic Flight from Davao City to Manila

Recently, I have seen a Philippine Airlines domestic business class flight travel video where the vlogger said he was given an option whether he wanted a “vegetarian” or a “non-vegetarian” hot meal for the flight.
I am very happy to see such an improvement, and I am hoping it’s not a one off. Flying business class, not only with Philippine Airlines, is not an inexpensive choice, and with its price comes the expectation of exceptional service, which undoubtedly Philippine Airlines can always deliver. I have yet to try another business class flight, and find out for myself, if indeed a vegetarian meal is readily available on every flight.
What would be a business class seat, with a business class service, but without a business class meal?
Business class tickets are supposed to be a complete and total package and it starts not only when you board the plane, but upon your check-in, to the business class lounge, to your meal, to the service that is being delivered, up to disembarkation…
