Thanks for the review. I saw this stuff on Kickstarter a long time ago and, well, forgot about it and didn't realize it's available now. It will be interesting to see how it does after multiple wears/uses. The video is really helpful, I just might order it and give it a try. And... hope you are feeling better!
Love the ability to use the glove but "we keep teeling off the car drivers not to use the phones while driving and with that many people might start using it while riding and that doesnt become very safe " In the other hand i like it and i have to pull over "No mount on the bike " take my phone out of my jacket and take pictures etc etc that i do love it and specially on the winter where you really dont want to take off the gloves. dafobra as I understand it it has very fine metal particles in it you use a tiny amount and it embeds in the leather so I would say so I think a simmer thing happens with just time when I got my glove they would not work 2 weeks later they work perfectly again I'm guessing its just particles the leather picks up. Might be worth a bit of googling to know more for defo

I used a bit of conductive thread. Used a needle sew a few loops into the finger tip of my glove and left big hanging inside the glove to touch my finger. TADA! Already had the thread, so it was a 'free' mod. But a small spool is like 3.50USD. That was when I was using my iPhone4. My iPhone5s works with the same gloves.. even the finger tips that don't have the conductive thread.
Here's a non-related question. What kind of bike do you think I should get? (I crack myself up....I see SO many people ask that silly-assed question...I couldn't resist) Now...when your phone is mounted on the bike, do you ever have issues seeing the screen due to sun glare?
Samsung Phones have a screen sensitivity setting, both my summer and winter gloves work on my note 3 ;) I also tried the Alpinestars gloves with the phone tip thing, they didn't work lol!
I know, tried them on my mrs iphone and still didn't work, the guy in the shop was like "erm well thats shit" this was before I got my samsung though. I did an impromptu review in one of my vids, titled Thanks and samsung review if you fancy a look, its about 5 mins in. Anyways, take it easy bud!

I have touch capable gloves that don't work as well as they should. Perhaps this could be a bit of a booster for those. Good to know.
I would love to see how this stuff holds up over time. My gloves tend to fall apart on their own. I would imagine that it will flake off over time.
