Anyone creating a video with skate measurements on youtube is a hero in my book. Thank you.

Totally agree. Skates don't fit like normal shoes, and Seba skates run large. The 'Insole Length' is not what people should look at - your foot length should be matched to the MP (Mondopoint) on the size-chart, not the 'Insole Length'. I usually use an EU 45/46, and tried a 46, 45, 44 and finally worked out that I'm a 43 in both the Trix 2 and High Light 80, with a Mondopoint of 280, since my longest foot is 279/280mm long. I wonder if I could almost have fitted a 42 and got a really nice snug fit after it bedded in. The 43 fits perfectly, though. One's toes should touch the end of the boot when unlaced, and pull back just off the liner when the boot is laced up. After that, the foam around the heel and foot will compress and bed in after a few hours of skating. i seriously suggest visiting the Shoptask fitting guide, which matched your and my experiences. Mr. BD &T: I'll check that out! Yes you'd probably fit in the 42. I'd really like to try the FR80 those look nice.
I'll be doing a size video for my Rollerblade Twister Edge next. Cheers!

I added superfeet hockey insoles to improve the lose fit in my too-big Highlights.
    Pretty well solved the problem.

You're welcome. They are getting broken in and feel better everytime I skate. Usually around 1.5 - 2 hours in them at the rink - twice a week. 🤙

my foot measures 270mm, so you recommend 42 for my size? but above all, do you recommend this boot?
    thanks, ozen

Hi Ozen: First, Yes, This boot is awesome. They run big. I could probably go 8.5 US mens but 9 are good. I wear a ankle bootie sleeve 2mm thick on my right foot because I have skinny ankles. The boots run big.
Looks like you're in between at 270mm mondo. "As a suggestion" You may want to consider 8.5 - reason: my left mondo is 265 and my right mondo is 275.
You are right in between. Did you measure both feet? I hope this helps.
      Best,
      Greg

Jr. Measure your sneaker insole length, You're right in between - it looks like. 40-41. For me the size 9 US 42 EU once I switched have worked out. Keep in mind your feet will swell once you warm up and for me I start working the laces, loosening after about a 1/2 hour..If I tighten them too tight at the beginning they make my feet hurt.
I would say for ME, they run true size on the bigger side of a size 9 Mens US. But it works.

My mondo is the same as yours 275mm. What's your mondo width (max width but measured horizontally across)? I have crazy wide feet at 120mm width so trying to work out to best width size.

Hi Alex: apologies for the late reply. sure thing, horizontally the widest part of my foot is 11.43cm or 4.5" inches. I would be happy to email you the scan of my mondo for my right foot. It that will help you. Email me. agmwest@yahoo.com

Also: from what I just measured on my printout, your width is about 1cm (3/8") of an inch wider then my width. As a suggestion, run that question by Rollerblade, Since you're length is: 275 but your width is 120mm they (Rollerblade) should be able to give you a pretty close size. www.rollerblade.com/usa/en/contact-us
Or contact Thuro Skate shop - ask them as they have the skates in stock and could compare the size(s) thuroshop.com/search?type=product&q=Rollerblade+RB+Cruiser
      I hope this helps.🤙 Greg

@@chaindriven61 Thanks heaps for the information. Really helpful. You're actually only one width narrower than me so it's good to know the Sebas allow for wide feet. I actually have a pair of RB Cruisers in US11/44.5 which have been professionally widened across the shell. Width is ok now but toes are floating and it's going to be really fiddly adding support under the toes with a hard shell. Fitness skates are good for soft uppers but 99% of them aren't interchangeable 165mm frames. I'd always thought freestyle slalom skates would be too narrow no matter the brand, but it seems like Seba could be the go. I managed to find an AliX seller who is selling the original Seba High boot only. That way I can try a bunch of different liners (I bought Myfit Chris Farmer and SPC liners to try with the RB) and then lace the toes to suit. We'll see how it goes!

@@Lex_FX oh cool! that's good to know. Yes, the Seba High Light and RB Cruisers are pretty true to size. In my own opinion. I had the Seba 10 US but too big. I'm sure if you get your original size you'll stretch them out..they do run a little big.🤙
