I agree, I think the drinking and dancing was to show how fucked up they were that they thoroughly enjoyed torturing people. At first watch, I had the impression one of them was raping him too lol but then I watched again and it's totally not the story. All in all, amazing movie
How does showing your friend, or whatever, your scars make you gay? Maybe it's just a Russian Mob thing...who knows. I don't know, I think it's open for the individual's own interpretation. It doesn't really ruin the plot if they're gay or not so I won't argue lol.
I don't think they were gay. I think they undressed so that they wouldn't get blood on their clothes because they were about to torture one-two...they just got drunk and danced in the process.
