Why does nobody ever tell people to get the flames cleanse me incantation before you go for the golden scarab it's super easy to pick up and crucial not only for getting to the boss but also for the battle itself when going for the Golden scarab.
he pretty much tanked his way through this boss battle. So couple tips for those of you who are going to need A little more finesse if you want to get through it. First of all your wolf pack summons needs to be at least a little bit improved. I think I leveled mine up like four times before I went in there. Next it's important which night you attack 1st definitely make sure you attack the night on the left who spawns 2nd first. there are enough wolves to keep the first night more than busy and you do not want to have to deal with dodging projectiles. And last but certainly not least, perhaps most importantly you need to get the flames cleanse me incantation it's really easy to yeah you just pick it up off the ground at a flame monk camp. But it's important to keep it at the ready in this fight because you will very likely get Scarlett rot while doing battle with the first night. And this incantation can clear it up with the push of a button. By the time you finish off the 1st night the 2nd night the wolves have been attacking is already pretty well damaged I'd say maybe a quarter of the way A weapon with blood loss or some other buff is good but what is most important is that you make sure and hit him with critical strikes It is easy to get behind him because he is distracted by the wolves. My sword of night and flame took him out in only two critical strikes.
@@jacob_b1223use the fire grease on your weapon since they'll take more damage from it this way. Even if you don't have magic, the bell for the spirits can be easily applied without spending levels to increase magic

I couldn’t make it past the grace point 😂 I gave up and decided to give it a go now that I leveled up my weapons a bit with the hoarfrost stomp ashes of war applied as well and this was so easy I was surprised lmao I remember how angry I was the first time dying everywhere and this time I didn’t die a single time 😅

bloody slash pve is so broken. Enemies including bosses in the game don't seem to be coded to realize bloody slash can even hit them from the range it does. They just stand there and take it on the chin.
To be fair it should be nerfed indeed, but I don’t think they should change the bosses coding as that’ll take a while and it’s fun to beat bosses easily, that said I don’t use this and I reckon skill is better then overpowering.

Yeah same, the salt in the wound is having to traverse the rot everyone you reset too. They’re weak to thunder and fire if you have any spells or weapons that do those use them.
There’s another method near that grace i dont know how many runes you get from that as I’ve not got that sword yet but if you type on you tube 70 million tunes the method will come up, you spawn on the other side and you climb up a cliff and swing your sword continuously as you jump off the map, you get around 120k runes per time then you just head back to grace…let me know how many runes you’re getting too as I’m only 5 bosses from NG+😁

So just summoning wolf and use bloody slash on Uchigatana is the way to defeat it? Problem: I was literally struggling to by casting Rock Sling using Meteorite staff. It does good damage but the other one throws holy blade causes me not to able to throw rocks and forces me to dodge. Problem that was causing me is also makes my wolfs get killed. I have tried over and over and the result is the same. As i said Rock Sling do good damage, it delays before firing plus forcing you to stand still, that causes me to take hit from holy blade shooting. Useful about finding this video: Summon wolfs and repeatedly use bloody slash. Do the same thing to other boss. It's very useful. Thank you for making this video
No matter where i stand rot still keeps accumulating, i even got past whole thing that is at beggining with only a little more then half rot but i accumulated until it got full and started dealing damage, is it problem with others too?

I made it threw this cave i beat the bosses took me 20 tries the war hawk spirit ash really helped with the fight. The problem is after defeating the bosses the scarlot rot ended me . The golden scareb reward poped up on screen for second and i grabbed it. Upon reviving at last sight of grace the golden scareb helm is not there wtf!? I ran back to the boss room and all that was there was my lost runes . I reset the game several time and it never appeared so pissed. Does anybody know the answer to this? Any help would be amazing thanks.

@@kurokamuy151 I tried back stepping but most times I ended up near the explosion which did me in. And the few times I ended up on the mound most times the rot build up continued and ate away my health. This game is just evil.

If you're able to get bloodhound step before the golden scarab, you can only cover up to 10-30% of scarlet rot.

If you are struggling spawn in the wolfs and target the one that shoots the blade thingys, once u kill him the other dude is ez af.

If you die to scarlet rot, just turn your back and dash. It will be faster and you won't take more rot like normal dashing

Go for the second knight first to get rid of the range attack. Your wolves will keep the other knight occupied for a bit.

If you roll in it it clings to your clothes, that's* what the soap is for
1 thing dont roll you have it on youre full body the roth, so use dagger to get fast fr it !

Did you dodge roll trough the pool? Because that covers your body with scarlet rot.

It’s because you rolled through the rot. It’ll go up because it’s on your armor. Try walking or better yet, try back stepping through the rot.
Just dodge backwards through the rot, sounds stupid but it works.
