We all thought Megatronus was Tarn didn't we? It seems TF One Megatronus design took inspiration from ROTF Fallen I guess? Cuz in the movie, Fallen face is based of the Decepticon logo.

Tarn was a decepticon loyalists who was the leader of a special ops group. He was very obsessed with the decepticon cause to a point where he even hunted down Megatron because he did not believe Megatron was following the deception ideals any more. (1 This is idw btw his original continuity) Also the reason for his face looking like I just have to find the symbol is because of a battle scar that he used the symbol to cover up and torture people he would take off the mask that had spikes in it and stab people in their face with it.

My guess is they added Zeta to be one of the 13 because usually the 13th is unamed, but presumed to be the prime that Optimus is a reincarnation of. So Zeta was added to make it the full 13 without bringing up the idea of reincarnation.

Still think it's funny they made him a prime since in the original continuity he never was. Then again sentinel was a good guy and he actually had the matrix in that continuity.
Perhaps it’s that he can freely combine with any transformers he chooses, or maybe he just in charge of the Enigma of Combination like in the IDW comics(I think?? I can’t remember if he actually was a full on combiner, but from what I remember, he was the same size as other bots). Either way, I do think it would have been cooler if he actually was a full on combiner that could separate into seperate bots IMO lol
I love how this design of Vector Prime is the first faithful redesign that still strongly resembles his Original Cybertron Design. Like how Optimus Prime has many consistent redesign of his G1 self.
I'm honestly disappointed by some of the designs. I'm sorry Nexus but your supposed to be a combiner not a single bot and most of them don't even look like they can transform and they're all supposed to have T-Cogs.

They all got good looks and are an extremly awesome bunch. Truly leaders that stand out among many as they were made to be. Shame how they met their ends. Betrayed, ambushed, ganged up on, scrapped (robot equivalent of slaughtered) and left to rust and gather vegetations.
They know that this is the beginning of a new animated tarnsformers movie saga and I create the antagonist and it is very obvious it is nothing more and nothing less than the same unicron but the question is how its design will be
This version of the primes feel like the weakest, instead of some mysterious strong figure. However consider it needs to be friendly to the audiences it's understandable why they need to be nerfed
