EE Distributor invoice not get accepted i have purchase my first order of funko then the Amazon rejected invoice 10 times. I say them to cancel the order doesn't get canceled my 450 gets ruined.

Hey! Did you purchase from Entertainment Earth (which is their direct to consumer brand) or from EE Distribution (their Wholesale brand). If you indeed purchased from EE Distribution that's super strange that they are not accepting it, I've never heard of anyone getting rejected after providing an invoice from them. Go to the end of the video where I talk about all the other thing you need to pay attention to, like shipping address matching your seller central address, account in good health, professional seller plan, etc.
@@dailyhernan Yes my address is Same to my seller account. Their is little bit change when i talk to my ee distributor to change it she say it does not matter. I Ask them several time but the anser was same. My account health is perfect its 200. Any My Amazon seller account is Business Professional account. I apply for the invoice for almost 10 times but get rejected.
My Suggestion is not to buy products from ee distribution for Ungating.
strange. EE Distribution is an authorized distributor so there is no reason why it should not work. Have you taken pictures of all the product you received? If you have, I'd actually reach out to Amazon in a support ticket to see why they would not ungate.

Hi, this is a very good video and very informational. I did noticed you stated with the Amazon method you could purchase ten units. The screen for approval states you must buy 50 units if purchasing from Amazon. Not sure if you saw that.

Yes but with all those you mentioned including Lego, amazon is selling this also... We have to also consider if Amazon is also selling that product because it's hard to compete with Amazon
Correct! I never compete with Amazon if Amazon is already selling on the listing (unless it's a listing with crazy sales velocity and Amazon is out of stock and has very low BB share most of the time). This video is exclusively about how to get ungated. Getting ungated involves sometimes buying items that will not be profitable or that you will have to return, so that you can get the brand ungated and be able to then sell freely on the brand.
@@dailyhernan I saw an influencer @daveemane make a tik tok 2 days ago saying Nike is now restricted for new sellers and that new sellers can't get ungated in the brand at least for now! Do you know the validity of this?
Nike is still showing ungated for me and other sellers that have ALREADY been ungated on it. But I believe yes, Nike now does not allow any new ungating requests to be submitted. This may change in the near future, once/if it does, then go ahead and ungate
It’s not hard to compete with Amazon, you just gotta check the buy box percentages, even when they hog the buy box you can still compete

I did buy the Yoda key chains as I saw on the Video and follow the steps to do so but when I tried to submit the invoice the product where restricted and wouldn’t allow me to. What can I do know please help
you mean it doesnt allow you to submit an ungate request anymore?
When I go to the product it says not available and it also says this product has it has other listing limitation you cannot list the products in this condition. This product is restricted. The following conditions cannot be sold:

@jazmingarcia-yb6ue sounds like you've been 'red restricted' on that brand. i knownit sucks, but try going after other brands first. as amz seems more history on your sccount they may lift the restriction on lego

My question - if we want to ungate something on Amazon, does the product already have to exist on Amazon? For example, I can see a lot of cheap products on Target (socks for $1.50 each) but I don't see a matching listing on Amazon for them. Is this a problem for getting ungated in the related category?

Brand new Amazon seller here. Regardless of the ASIN there’s no option to sell Nike, Adidas or Nintendo. Any assistance is very much appreciated.
some brands have been 'red restricted' for some sellers (meaning, they dont allow you to even ungate them anymore)

that s a question i get asked a lot but i don't know the answer to. many international sellers verify their us based prep center's address with amazon and they also associate their credit card's billing address with it so that they match

it should work for all account even the ones with no history. I recommend that the first brand you ungate is Lego or the grocery caregory through Frontier, so AMZ can see that your first ungate attempts are from super legitimate sources

What do I do if they said the invoice should be before a certain date not after. For example what I see is “an invoice before Nov 20, 2023” not after Nov 20, 2023.
just means you need to provide an invoice within the last 6 months

GREAT VIDEO!!! Just a couple of clarity questions…
1. Just making sure that I understand correctly… After you purchase the items for ungating, you end up returning them. You aren’t really looking to put them in your store you are just using them to get ungated? Correct?
2. I understand that the addresses have to match in your seller account, however, someone else suggested to add an address in your seller account. Is your verified seller account address visible to the outside world? Obviously I don’t want my home address listed on the seller account if it’s going to be visible. Especially if I’m using an LLC. Any thoughts here?
3. Once ungated, that is when you can send units directly to the prep center from OA, correct?

1. with your Amazon method… You were saying how you use a totally different account to buy it and that you did not use the same name or information as your AmazonSeller account. How then does the address on the personal account match that of the seller account? I mean it’s easy if you have a residential address but what if you have the LLC like you suggested? I would literally have to have 2 “businesses” at the same address but with different name/log in info?
I put this in the discord chat but why not here too…someone else may benefit…
2. When you submit 10 units, but the listing is for a double pack (let’s say)…does that mean you have to buy 20 to show you have 10 units of the exact Amazon listing that you are using to ungate? Or can I just buy 10 and still use the double listing?
3. Also since we are ungating…do we really care about the buy box and Amazon? I’d rather spend my time finding useful products so that when/if I’m ungated I can be ready. Of course making sure I can either return them or use them as gifts later.

alot of the items u gave us to ungate along with the amazon listing were break even prices buy for $30 & list on amazon for $30 but as a newbie how would i find cheaper items to use to ungate? i can afford to buy 10 of the $30 items just starting out.
yes, items to ungate are not for profit, they are just to get ungated. you can always try to return them once you get ungated

hey! for the baby category, buy from pipettebaby.com and find a matching asin. use the 'brand direct' method

yes it should. go to your Lego approved selling application and contact amz thru it and ask them to open the entire toy category too. However, even after opened, you'll still need to ungated individual toy brands (as they are very strict)

Could you provide a step by step how to reapply when rejected? thx for the great video
to reapply, go to your selling application that was rejected and close it. Or, after a while it will close on its own. Then, re apply through the same asin as before. just make sure to change the file names to different names to override the auto screening from amazon

lego.com only ships to residential addresses

Most of the ASINs from the video are restricted. What’s the workaround then?
some brands have strated to get restricted for some sellers as the end of the year is near and amz tightens restrictions. they should start loosening up in january

I am intrigued that for the microsoft ungating you mentioned 4 ASINS to buy from amazon may i ask
1. when buying from amazon do i buy collective 10 units of the 4 ASIN's you mentioned or 50 units?
2. Why do we buy a mix of inventory and not one single model any specific reason?
1) some asins you need to buy 10, some 50. inside the ungating request you'll see how many amz is requesting. if they dont mention 50, you are good to go with just 10.
2) amazon limits the quantity to 2 or 3 for each of the asins that s why we need to combine them. if you find one where you can buy 10 of the same, go with that single one instead

I bought 10 units of microsoft keyboard and submitted my selling application.
Now amazon has asked me to submit an invoice of 50 units instead of 10
I found the same asin being and sold and bought 40 more units of that.
So now i have a combined purchase of 50 units of the same asin.
Anything else that i should keep handy while submitting the application or is this enough?
Also i bought these units where the seller is amazon itself.
Anything else i should have to ungate microsoft?

no, unfortunately. most vitamin brands are very strict and will need to be ungated separately

They recently closed Nike for applications for new sellers

no, you just need to open s new amazon account with a new email. everythinh else can be the same information
Please! Can you help with a quick question. I have my LLC business address registered as the business address, so I received my seller code to verify my account at the LLC address, however this address does not receive packages, so I changed the business address to my address where I will be receiving my orders. Is that all I have to change in settings or does it have to be the same address that was verified? And if so do I need to get my home address reverified with a code?
I’ve tried ungating one brand, with multiple attempts using 3 separate order from different suppliers but nothing seems to work.
