I still don't buy new cards from reputable shops, I simply buy BNIB and/or sealed GPU cards from FB market and other place because you do save on tax. However, you gotta make sure that they have the receipt and the warranty is transferable.
It’s great to see some vg value gpus in this lower price point 😁👍. I personally have a higher end GPU (I’m generally a 80/80Ti user ….. at least until, RTX40-series💩💩💩), but people I know (family & friends) aren’t as enthusiastic about pc gaming 🧐and want a more budget friendly 🥳GPU option and seeing these gpus on offer here in used / newer market is great to know as I refer them to these options giving them gaming performance/ longevity without the RT Tax and offering high quality settings and great fps 💪🤩
The best "budget" GPU is and always has been used GPUs, much like how the best budget cars are always used cars. you seem to have some weird aversion/fear of used cards especially if they where "mining cards", reality is the cards that where used by professional miners were far more likely to have been better cared for then a consumer gaming card, a miner was far more likely to have kept their cards clean, often times they where under volted/underclocked, I think you should really consider used GPUs, some times new make more sense but you seem to dismiss them outright and I don't really know why, inspect them make the seller show you the card works and boom you can get much faster GPU for the same money. If your really concerned clean the fan/cooler of the used card, re-apply the thermal compound and you have a GPU that absolutely smokes most of these "new" cards, hell what do you think these sellers of these "renewed" cards are doing?

Arc a380, started off badly, but has gotten better, really low power consumption, good for pre-builds with weak psu's
