On your PPSSPP folder: create a MUSIC>WIPEOUT folder, and then drop inside the WIPEOUT folder the mp3 files you want to play in the game, for this to work make sure your ppsspp emulator is not an outdated version or you'll hear the custom songs in a choppy way
God I love this game. Even when you have to restart the race, it’s such a good feeling when you finally nail a corner
