- In this episode we continue to build our Gas Powered Club Car DS for long distance travel & our forthcoming trip to Key West Florida - Almost 225 miles. The 2007 Club Car DS has an original FE290 Kawasaki motor in it.
For added safety and visibility on the road we installed a light bar and relay system, turn signal mirrors and a motor kill switch. The install was smooth with no major issues to report on. All the parts work great and we're extremely pleased with the results. Our next video will feature our fuel storage, safety and repair kit as well as some surprises.

Thanks for watching! - We have a Memphis Sound Bar installed between the front and Back seats under the cushion, kinda out of sight with a controller mounted in our switch panel.

Sorry for all the comments - we show the sound bar in the first video. We'll be working on another cart in the future and will do an install video on a sound bar for sure!
Any idea if the orange lights on the mirrors can be on with the lights and then blink with the turn signal?
