Err, excuse me, but do you mind *not* pretending to be a gobby mouthpiece, supposedly speaking on behalf of ALL of us. Most people simply *don't want her* to make a comeback. Neither is she a _"beautiful person",_ either inside or out. As a functioning human being and a member of society, she's very, very damaged... a reject. She doesn't fit in to normal society for all sorts of reasons. My husband and I saw her in concert in SF. It was the best concert I have ever been to. She gave 200% singing a very long repetoire and giving her all to the audience. The love in the room was so huge. She is, really, maybe the only star elected to the position and she gives back to us, her backers. I wish her the best life. If she retreats, good for her, may she enjoy it. She will always have very devoted fans.

Wonderful Susanjust brings us joy with the menti on of her.name & memory of her trials & great efforts to accomplish her name as a singer!! I have taught Asperberger's students for 40 years AND know how difficult life can be for them. They long for what others have social acceptance, a prom, love, a child, looking forward to getting a haircut instead of tenseness for weeks ahead. Fear of trying on a coat on the store and possible questions by the clerk. Fear of beginning at a new school, and any of the many changes of scheduling and finding each new class. FEAR of arriving to class late and walking in late, to find no seat. FEAR of being called upon to read, and stuttering on the first word. Hatred of being in a crowded line. Or strong hatred of having only lunch choices that are of chewy foods. Fear of being the last one to be chosen for either baseball team. Fear of strong tasting, mushy foods. Hatred of only having a stiff, smelly brand new shirt and scratchy jeans to wear to school.

Yes they are. My son had Asperger's and a heart of gold, but people mistreated him so badly last year he shot a bullet into his brain. He had so much to offer but they snuffed the life right out of him. They made his life miserable and drove him to it and then they faulted him for doing such a thing. May he rest in peace. And may Susan's example help others to bear the unbearable.

And she achieved it in just 9 seconds into her song during her audition on Britain's Got Talent.
A furiously faithfull follower of Christ, undefiled, (pure; a virgin), she walked out on that stage at the extreme bottom of the barrel and exited it at the very top.
She was introduced to the world as an overweight, extremely homely (of a person) unattractive in appearance, middle-aged spinster who understandably had "never been kissed", but by the time she exited that stage, she had somehow morphed into a new vision. Our petty eyes were opened and we felt ashamed for pre-judging this painfully shy, gentle lady with a kind heart and the voice of an angel.
Her BGT audition video remains my favorite video of all time, not only for the aforementioned, but for the amazing show of strength she demonstrated while making the audition itself.
Leaving her little village, she packed a lunch and began her journey, via public transportation. However, she mistakenly transferred onto a bus heading in the wrong direction.
If that were me, I'd have packed up my Aspergers Syndrome and returned home, content on having at least tried.
Susan, on the other hand, corrected the mistake and went on to becoming a heroine for people across the globe.
Susan made her first journey to the BGT auditions alone and in secret. Now, she lives and, if she chooses, travels with the love of millions throughout the world.
How dare it be said that she is in a position of a needed comeback! One needs to remember that Susan's stardom came later in life. It's unrealistic to expect a 20 or 30 year career. But one had best believe that, while every song or album may not shatter the charts, Susan can show up anywhere at any time and still command a sold out stadium of fans.
She has achieved that which she said she wanted to acheive. And even if she never makes another album, she will always be the only person in the history of mankind to acheive what she has, how she has.
I am so fortunate, along with millions of others, to have been alive to witness her historical and, indeed, phenomenal rise to the top.

Also I admire the courage it must have taken to sing in public when the public can be so cruel. Lifes achievements are not always about who makes the most money. I love Susan Boyle and this video! It explains so much about her personal life that I didn't know. I alternated between joy and sorrow the entire time I watched it. Now I appreciate Susan more than ever, especially her ability to remain humble. I totally understand her desire to stay out of the spotlight, but hope she continues to sing while finding new music and genres that showcase her enormous talents. I can only image what she could do with a meticulously and creatively "curated" selection of classics from yesteryear!

She proved to be amazing. I have all her albums. She's done so well despite her difficult life and the asperger's. If she doesn't want to sing any more, she doesn't have to. I have a different take on this. Singers, actors, and sports figures make a disgusting amount of money. While those working an everyday grind or schedule, can barely make ends meet. It would not harm her or others, to share their wealth with family.

If she ever decides that she MUST sing again, then she will, I think inside she is a very strong person. Just look at what she went through to get on tv in the first place!!! If she doesn't want to come back, she won't. I'm just happy that she was able to prove to herself that her talent was real.

Aspergers is really hard for more than just the person with the syndrome. My sister has Aspergers too, but knew about it far younger than Susan did and yet there are still times when misunderstandings lead to huge issues. I find Susan to be so inspirational, and hope she does everything on her bucket list...

I think she is doing well. She became one of AGT The Champions finalist, there are rumours that Simon also invited her to compete on the first edition of BGT The Champions. Recently she did one special performance on BGT. She still great singer . And she just released her album Ten. Let's also focus on her positive side of career. She is inspirational person.
